4 General Regulations German Cup 2018 is an official World Skate competition. Rules of World Skate Artistic Technical Committee apply to all competitions in the categories Senior and Junior. Rules of CERS Artistic Technical Committee apply to all competitions in the categories Youth and Cadets. (see websites of World Skate ( and CERS ( for details. Each nation may enter a maximum of 3 ladies and 3 men for figures, 3 ladies and 3 men for free skating for each competition. Closing date April 15 th, 2018 New for 2018 for free skating the Form for Technical Elements Content (see attachment) must be sent for all skaters together with the entries to Egbert Schulze (mail: schulze@driv.de) Entry Fee Please pay entry fee cash before start of event. Rink Supervisor Michael Obrecht, coach of the Freiburger Turnerschaft von 1844 Music (According to World Skate and CERS rules since 2016) All music must be send in advance by to the organisers (not later than April, 29th) Send music only to the following address: music.germancup.2018@gmail.com The name of each music file (mp3, mp4 etc.) should be: Skater s first name_skater s last name_category (Cadet to Senior)_short or long We will not accept any CD or any other formats 4

5 Judges Technical Panel and Referees will be invited by World Skate ATC together with the German Federation Traveling costs, lodging and boarding for referees and technical panel will be met by the organisers. All foreign nations are requested to nominate a judge. Lodging will be provided by the organiser. Judges will get lodging and boarding expenses from May 8th to May 13 th, 2018 Accommodation For more information on hotels and accommodations, as well as recreational opportunities in and around the city of Freiburg, please visit the website of the City of Freiburg. Liability The promoter/organiser will not take any liability as to the nature of the rink and will be responsible for any danger resulting there of for officials and skaters.
