Please be advised that, on behalf of Woodhaven, we recommend consolidation of these appeals. The appeals all arise from the same trial court orders. Although each appellant will have a slightly different bent on the issues, the issues, in general, will be common to all three appeals In addition, these three cases were consolidated by the trial court. You have further advised that once a decision is made about consolidating the appeals, a scheduling order for submission of briefs would be forthcoming.
