5 Timekeeping AK Opatija Sport timing License 03 / / 16 Head measurement service and data processing DRAŽEN PUŽ S 0474 Article OFFICIAL NOTICE BOARDS All the decisions and notices, and all results will be published on the official notice boards, to include as follows: Saturday, whole day - the Office of the receipt and verification in the paddock - Smrečje - the Office of Competition - Smrečje Sunday, whole day - In the paddock - Smrečje - In the Office of Competition - Smrečje - Near the fnish line III - GENERAL CONDITIONS GENERAL PROVISIONS The competition is organized in accordance with the provisions of the FIA International Sporting Code (ISC), the Regulations of the FIA hill climb, the Regulations of CEZ, Regulations ASN with Annexes A02 / 2016., The Technical Regulations FIA, Technical Regulations ASN with valid extensions 2016 and these Supplementary Regulations By entering the competition, the participants agree to abide by the rules set out in Article 02.1., and disclaims any subsequent proceedings, which is not in accordance with the provisions of the FIA International Sporting Code Any person, individuals or/and legal entities, who taking part in the event of non-compliance with the above Rules shall have their license withdrawn Event counts towards the following Championships: Championship CEZ Croatian Championship Hill Climb Croatian Championship Hill Climb historic vehicles Award organizers TRACK Competition is held on the track "Smrečje - Tršće" total length of 4,900 meters and a minimum width of 6 meters. Start is at meters above sea level, and the finish is to meters above sea level, with an average incline of 6.45% VEHICLES In the competition can participate with vehicles that meet the requirements prescribed by Appendix "J" FIA International Sporting Code, which will be categorized regulations of the respective championships in the classes and groups Safety equipment of all vehicles must comply with the Annex and news letters "J" and "K"of the ISC for Vehicles with insufficient safety features or not complying with the regulations, will not be allowed to participate in the race or will be excluded from the competition Permitting the use of fuel in accordance with the provisions of Appendix "J" and "K" of the Code DRIVERS 'SAFETY EQUIPMENT During practice and the race in the vehicle must be sure to use a safety belt and a crash helmet complying with the FIA for the current year Drivers are required to be dressed in fire-resistant overalls with long sleeves, (including safety footwear, underwear, balaclava and gloves), complying with the FIA for the current year Mandatory use of the HANS restraint system for PH and for scoring CEZ is recommended CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITORS AND DRIVERS At this competition can occur any individuals or/and legal entities holding a competition license for the year Drivers must have a valid driving license of equivalent rank with respect to the class, certified in 2016, personal insurance policy according to the regulations ASN, and a valid medical card. Otherwise, they can be included in the list of applications The number of participants of competition is not limited Each driver can apply only one vehicle in one class MEMBERSHIP The membership fee as a voluntary donation help each participant to the organizer, to be paid for to the competition and it is: PHPV 250,00 KN PH / CEZ 600,00 KN (80 EUR) ORGANIZER PRIZE 600,00 KN (80 EUR) POSSIBILITY: Drivers holders of foreign licenses entry fee paid to the verification The membership fee for PH in accordance with Appendix A02 Regulations Upon payment of the membership fee drivers are eligible investments in the order of the race, provided for in this Supplementary Regulations. The membership fee without optional advertising of the organizer is: DOUBLE FEE PH drivers can not avoid setting the mandatory labels! Fee payment is done on account: AKK "PETER KLEPAC" Account number: IBAN HR Erste Bank dd The purpose of payment: MEMBERSHIP Reference Number: START NUMBER 7.6 An entry shall only be accompanied by the fee by the deadline specified in Article Subsequently paid the membership fee, no later than the verification will be charged double the amount. 8.6 Paid membership includes the premium for competitors and drivers' civil liability to third parties for during the competition. 6.9 Entry fees will be refunded in full if the entry is not accepted or the event is canceled LIABILITY AND INSURANCE Each participant shall take part at their own risk. The organizer does not accept any liability for personal injury and property damage of other drivers, competitors and mechanic. Every competitor / driver is responsible for his own insurance. Vehicle after receipt of technical acceptance and verification, is considered to be competitive vehicles in the competition, and must not leave the Service Park area (paddock) and participate in public transport, to the end of the competition In accordance with regulations, the organizer will pay the insurance for civil liability to third parties in the amount of at least ,00 kuna. Competitors and drivers can not be considered third parties Civil liability insurance shall apply for the duration of the competition - training and racing times of service and closed parking lot to the track and back. 6:13. Each competitor / driver participating in the contest waive any right to compensation in respect of accidents that might occur to the competitor / driver or their mechanic during the practice or race, or during trips from the parking area to the track and back. This waiver applies to the FIA, ASN, AKK Petar Klepac as organizers, all officials and other competitors / drivers or their mechanic. Page 6

7 07 - AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS, CANCELLATION OF COMPETITION The organizer reserves the right to change supplementary regulations or to issue additional conditions or instructions which will form an integral part. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel or stop the event in case of insufficient participation, force majeure or unforeseeable events, without being under any obligation whatsoever to provide compensation Participants will be informed of any amendments or additional conditions be informed as quickly as possible through the official bulletin on official notice boards (Article 01.3.) Any cases not provided for in this Regulation shall be decided by the Stewards. IV - GENERAL OBLIGATIONS STARTING NUMBERS The driver is required to provide a starting number. Starting number during the competition must be installed on both sides of the vehicle (front door, the front for formulas). The driver who does not appear at the start in the estimated time it will be excluded from the competition ADVERTISING Advertising shall be in accordance with Article 20 of Annex A02 (ASN). Highlighting advertising signs on the side windows of vehicles is not permitted MANDATORY ADVERTISING - STICKERS ORGANIZER CAN NOT REFUSE (go with start number) PH. Optional advertising - labels can be deducted on payment of double entry fee. PH FLAG SIGNALS, TRACK BEHAVIOUR During practice and the race will be used the following warning flags: RED Stop immediately; YELLOW danger - no overtaking; YELLOW WITH RED STRIPES Slippery surface; BLUE announcement overtaking; BLACK - WHITE CHECKERED end of training / racing (passage finish line) According to the way the signals are: - waving a flag in immediate danger, be prepared to stop; - duplicate flags very great danger It is strictly forbidden during practice and the race vehicle is moving or in the opposite direction than expected, except by order of a marshall or clerk of the course. Any breach of this regulation shall result in exclusion, with the possibility of additional sanctions and the ASN in the case. Page 7

8 V - RECEPTION, VERIFICATION AND TEHNICAL ACCEPTANCE A VEHICLE VERIFICATION OF COMPETITORS Reception and verification will be conducted in Smrečje in the Cafe Runolist: right next to the Service Park on Saturday, to hours, scheduled in groups as listed in the Program On verification, the participants must report in person At reception, scrutineering and verification, drivers and competitors must necessarily present: - a valid driver's license, or a competition license - competitor book for car valid medical card (not older than 6 months) - entry fee receipt - foreign drivers - authorization by national association (ASN) for participation in the competition if it is not written on their licenses or confirmed on the entry list SCRUTINEERING Scrutineering will be carried out: In the paddock on Saturday, to hours, scheduled in groups as listed in the program Each driver is obliged to accompany their vehicle during the commissioning test and review the safety equipment At the request of the Technical Commission of the organizers of the driver is required to show approval, the vehicle may be refused admission to competition. It is necessary to present the competitor book for car (KNV) The discretion is entitled organizers refuse scrutineering competitors for it does not appear in the allotted time. However, the stewards of the meeting organizers may decide to conduct additional scrutineering and verification if the competitor / driver delay justified by force majeure, or by paying a special fee. DELAY ON ADMISSION, TECHNICAL ADMISSION AND VERIFICATION TO 30 MINUTES ARE CHARGED IN THE AMOUNT OF 250,00 kuna, while DELAY TO 60 MINUTES OR MORE PAY 500,00 kuna Completed scrutineering does not constitute confirmation that the vehicle complies with the regulations On completion the regular technical scrutineering, the organizer after the approval of the stewards, to issue and list the likely driver in the competition (Drivers who justify their delay organizer will be included on the list of likely driver) and a provisional starting list of training with the mark next to the names - star DRIVERS BRIEFING Drivers' briefing will be held in the paddock at day at 14:30 hours. VI - COMPETITION 10.1 START, FINISH, TIMEKEEPING The start will take place with the running engine. Stewards and the clerk of the course, modify the starting order according to the circumstances No vehicle may take the start outside its own group unless expressly authorized to do so by the clerk of the course with the approval of at least two members of the Sports Commission A vehicle which has triggered the timing apparatus shall be considered as having started, and shall not be granted a second start Any refusal or delay the start punishable by exclusion The finish is flying. Training / race ends when the vehicle crosses the finish line. After passing the finish line driver must reduce speed drastically, and continue driving on the right side of the road following the instructions of marshalls Timing and data processing will be carried out under license metering service AK Opatija Sport timing Drivers from the paddock to the starting line leaving in an organized column and stop in front of the pre-start area. In the pre-start area drivers are allowed to enter only by invitation of the organizer. In the pre-start area may, in addition to the driver to enter only mechanics with appropriate Page 8

Drivers in practice start according to the start list RACE The condition for participation in the race is one completed practice. The final decision on an interval start bringing Stewards OUTSIDE HELP Each receiving outside assistance implies the exclusion from the event. VII - PARK FERME, FINAL CHECKS PARK FERME Upon completion of the competition, after the second run, parc ferme rules apply between the finish line and the entrance to the parc ferme At the end of the event, all vehicles which have passed the objective must remain in parc ferme until the clerk of the course decision to dissolve Parc Ferme, based on the approval of the stewards. Parc ferme rules shall not be lifted until the expiry of the period for complaints Parc ferme at the end of the competition (at the end of the second run) begins when the car crosses finish line. After cca 200 m drivers entering at the parc ferme which is length cca 400 m FINAL CHECKS The final checks will be carried out along the track after the finish. Each vehicle can be inspected during the competition, and especially after the finish At the request of the Stewards, or following a protest, a vehicle may be subjected to a comprehensive review of the dismantling of the vehicle Weighing of vehicles will be done at the reception in the area of technical acceptance, and possible special examination shall take place in the service workshop organizer will determine the bulletin. 10 Croatian Championship Hill Climb Croatian Championship historic vehicles Award Organizer COMPLAINTS Objections are invested in accordance with Articles 90th to 93rd Rules ASN Common complaints (for more drivers or vehicles) as well as objections to the measured time, and objections to the decisions of marshall of the fact - will not be considered The right to objections have only competitors who have completed the competition, or the person is a competitor empowered by the original document APPEAL Appeals against decisions of the Stewards shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the International Sporting Code (ISC) and Rules ASN article 94th IX - PRIZES AND CEREMONY PRIZES AND TROPHIES The organizer will after the competition awarded the following honorary awards: Championship CEZ A In accordance with the Rules article1.6 FIA CEZ championship for the hill Croatian Championship In accordance with article 22 Appendix A02 ASN Croatian Championship historic vehicles In accordance with article 6 Amendments to Appendix A02 ASN - BPPV Award Organizer The first three places in groups and generally Awards Ceremony Attending the award ceremony a personal moral commitment of all the participants of the competition The ceremony will be held on Sunday in space the paddock to the schedule from the Program. Fixed cars are removed from the path to a safe distance and return in the paddock after the race unless race director decides otherwise Waste oil and other liquids used in vehicles must be stored in special barrels that will be placed in the park drivers, as well as packaging waste in appropriate containers Drivers must use under their vehicles the coasters minimum of 3 x 4 meters, which must not leak oil and motor fuels. Non-application pads punishable by 300,00 kuna. Article 15 - Interpretation of the Special Regulations Additions, changes and interpretation that supplementary regulations of the event are the responsibility of the Stewards.
