We always say that, to make food gourmet-ready, you don t need any fancy descriptions in a foreign language. They re stealing far too much ground on our local dishes. So you won t find any snails on our menu, even if Escargot de Bourgogne may sound like haute cuisine we much prefer to celebrate what s in season and what s local!
