With 220 kilometers of marked trails and more than 44 ski lifts. Grimentz is a paradise for ski enthusiasts, from beginners to free riders. 220 km of ski slopes 35 km of cross-country ski trails 120 km of snowshoe trails 110 km of winter hikes 490km of summer hiking trails With breathtaking panoramic views, unspoiled wild nature and extensive sports facilities, the Val d'anniviers lends itself unavoidably to an abundance of outdoor activities, from tranquil hikes in the summer to extreme off-piste skiing in the winter. There The restoration of the traditional old part of Grimentz village dates back to the 12 th century. Its narrow streets crisp and white in the winter are adorned with geraniums in the summer, leaving its visitors immersed with culture and stories of its passed. Les Chalets des Crêts is located above the old village, nearer todays more modern amenities. Easily accessible by public transport and stunning drive down the Rhone valley: - 2 hours from Geneva International Airport - 40 minutes from the airport and downtown Sion

8 THE FINISHING TOUCH The Chalets All the chalets are built to the highest specifications, with traditional old wood exteriors. The internal finishes can mirror the exterior Alpine finish or you can develop a bespoke modern environment in partnership with our design teams at your disposal. Perched above the old village and right next to the ski piste, each plot is ski in ski out and basks in sunshine all day looking whilst looking out over the breathtaking mountain views ahead. There are a variety of 3 & 4 bedroom chalets, some which are larger in size boasting indoor swimming pools and relaxation areas. The Apartments Each of the exclusive apartments of the chalets des Crêts will be finished to the highest standards and can be personalized according to the wishes of future owners. A team of interior architects are available to help incorporate an atmosphere that not only reflects its alpine environment but also the latest trends in design and technology. This cozy yet modern environment ensures a feeling of well-being that is unique to the resort. We have 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments available, including duplex penthouses. The Materials All the chalets and apartments are built using local materials, such as larch wood and natural stone. The materials have all bee sustainably sourced in respect with the local environment and its traditions.
