1 COLORADO KAIROS RECTORS/LEADERS Kairos is about people those outside the prisons as well as those inside. Our focus is always on the Lord and His drawing all people closer to Him. One thing that facilitates the drawing of all of us is serving as Leader of a Kairos Weekend, a position which in the early years was known as Rector or Rectora. The Rectors/Leaders of Kairos Inside Weekends in Colorado are listed by page for each facility, in the order in which the program was started. There is also a page for Colorado Kairos Outside. To show the breadth of this ministry, we list the residence at time of service. All told, as of early 2018, there are about 340 of us who have served in this capacity, some more than once. PTL!
