10 v) Two-way radio systems and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd terminals; Continued vi) Wireless local loop systems/networks and terminals; vii) Digital European cordless telephone/telecommunication (DECT) systems/networks and terminals; viii) Global mobile personal communication service systems/networks and terminals; ix) Batteries which have no use or application other than to power the equipment described in (ii) through (v) above;; x) Accessories to be used with the Products described in ii) through v) above, shall include: (A) carrying cases (leather waterproof or otherwise); (B) decorative accessories for Products (including faceplates); (C) battery-chargers (e.g. desktop, car cigarette lighter, solar or travel use); (D) car phone holders; (E) straps; (F) head sets/ear sets; (G) hands free kits (including phone-pc data cables); (H) anti-radiation /anti-electromagnetic shields; (I) stylus touch screen pens (on a non-exclusive basis); and (J) synchronisation kits (including phone-pc data cables) (on a non-exclusive basis). Accessories shall include items developed specifically for Products to enhance the operational functionality of Products; and Official Wireless [Tele]Communications Supplier of the NOC/Team Partner may reference the Internet capabilities and other functionalities of Products (including, but not limited to, Global Positioning Satellite and wireless video teleconferencing functionalities) in a secondary manner in its Olympic marketing activities. Partner shall be permitted to place permanent composite logos (i.e. Partner s trade names or trademarks and/or logos together with the IOC MARKS and together with an approved sponsorship designation) on Products. 10

11 xi) Wireless (mobile) Samsung Electronics communication systems, devices, continued enablers and equipment (including, but not limited to, wireless (mobile) communication devices enablers and equipment with Wireless Fidelity or Wi-Fi (eg b) functionality and/or automatic location identification functionality (i.e. E911 and its equivalent); and (xii) Personal digital assistants or PDAs; and (xiii) Handheld computing devices that do not have a builtin, full size keyboard (eg. pocket PCs) Products incorporate wireless (or mobile) multi-functional communication equipment, devices and enablers. The term communication shall include transmission and reception of both voice and data in its various formats, whether they are image, text, audio or video, including, but not limited to, Moving Picture Expert Group 4, 5, 6, MP3, 4, 5. For clarification, network as used above shall mean wireless telephone communications lines used to transmit messages (voice or data) from one wireless terminal to another through the public switched telephone exchange network. Network does not include wireless communication services. For 11

The product remote bill payment is included on a coexclusive basis with sponsors of the NOC in the banking category only, provided that the remote bill payment products are the banking sponsors proprietary products which do not feature any other third-party branding. Pre-paid single function stored value cards are not included in the definition of Products so long as such cards are denominated in units of a product/service rather than in monetary units (for instance, a card providing a certain number of minutes of telephone service is not included in the definition of Products). Pre-paid cards denominated in monetary units are included in the definition of Products. Non pre-paid single function cards, which are used to access a line of credit from a telecommunications company, are included in the definition of Products. For the avoidance of doubt, the NOC shall not be permitted to grant to any party 13

14 the right to place the NOC marks Visa International continued on any pre-paid single function cards, whatever their denomination, as well as on any non-pre-paid single function cards, which are used to access a line of credit from a telecommunication company. Products and/or services which provide transaction security featuring payer and seller authentication, for the payment of goods and services through electronic media using Partner s Products are included in the definition of Products, provided that the promotion and exclusivity of such products and/or services are strictly within the context of Payment Services. Products or services within the banking or investment banking categories are not included in the definition of Products, except that Products include remote bill payment. 14

Industries where Partner builds and manages Solutions and Services including Finance, Telecommunications, Public Sector, Industry, Transport, Travel and Leisure, Games Management, Energy, Retail and Services; (Solutions are developed, implemented and operated on many platforms such as PC, Servers, Mainframes, LANs, WANs, Internet, Intranet). Information Technology Products means Partner supplied products for the Industries above and also including any product, solution, services or operations provided 16

17 to the OCOGs. Atos Origin continued Products shall include the natural evolution of Information Technology relating to those Products, Solutions, Offerings and Services described above. For the avoidance of doubt, Olympic-related Partner promotions for automobile navigation system and multimedia equipment may include references or images of automobiles only if such automobiles are manufactured by the automobile local sponsor, if 19
