The meeting will begin at 9:00 and end at 17:30. Please allow extra time for the ID check and security procedure at the entrance. The working language will be English only. You are kindly invited to designate delegates from your country to attend the meeting (see suggested list above). One delegate per participating country can be reimbursed from the Customs 2020 budget under the conditions specified in the financial guide. In addition, AT, BE, BG, CZ, DE, EL, FR, HU, IT, NL (CLEN Action Leaders and Advisers) are entitled to send a second participant, equally financed by the Customs 2020 budget. The financial code is CPG/002/007. Delegates should confirm their participation by 24 th January 2018 at the latest by sending their registration form (Annex 2) to CLEN-TAS@eurofins.com and Aliz.KOVACS-NEGYELICZKY@ec.europa.eu. In parallel, delegates are kindly requested to fill in the EU Survey (link: in order to get access to the Conference Centre building. In addition, National Coordinators are requested to register their participants in the Activity Reporting Tool by the same deadline. 2

3 Delegates should contact their Customs 2020 National Coordinator before making any travel arrangements. Officials attending events organised under the programmes have to respect the reporting obligation under the Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) of the programme by providing feedback through Event Assessment Forms when requested. Programme Coordinators should encourage participants to respect this obligation. Note: Norway and Switzerland are most welcome to send a delegate, however their delegate s expenses will not be covered by the Customs 2020 budget. The proposed agenda is annexed to this invitation.
