Therefore, please be aware of the following technical specifications, valid for this meeting: - Speedway frames as well as grass track frames are allowed - Grass track frames with rear suspension must block this suspension by fixing a stiff material instead or additional to the suspension. - The technical steward has to ensure this specification for this meeting Leaving the meeting: No rider may leave the pits, and no machine or engine shall be removed from there, until after the conclusion of the last race of the meeting, and then only with the permission of the Clerk of the Course. Protests against the eligibility of a competitor, passenger, entrant or a motorcycle entered, must be made before the start of the official practice. Protests against results must be presented to the International Jury within 30 minutes following the announcement of the results. An appeal may be made against a decision of the International Jury to the FIM Europe Judicial Panel. All protests to the International Jury must be made in accordance with the requirement of the Disciplinary and Arbitration Code of the FIM Europe and be accompanied by a fee of 130 Euros or Kč (state amount and currency) to the exchange rate of the Friday prior to the event. The fee will be returned if the protest is justified or forfeited if the FIM Europe Judicial Panel considers the protest to be groundless, or if it is withdrawn without a hearing.
