8 Provincial Representation: Provincial representation at the High School level is based entirely on school population. In Bantam a team gets moved to Tier II if they lose their first playoff game but that is not the case in high school This is how the Tiers are broken down: Tier I (School Population 1250+) Tier II (School Population ) Tier III (School Population ) Tier IV (School Population 449 or less) Provincial representation in the Metro Edmonton Football league is determined by the conference a team chooses to compete in and how successful you are against other schools of the same Tier.
