Decree Pur~uant to the information just giveti to me by Santiago Segtlln that he l1as acquired the bovine orexano cattle he caught in c,onsequence of the permit issued to hirn as eviden~ed in the aforegoing proceedings, which [c~ttlej are all together at the corrals of the ranch of NCuesJtra SCenoJra del Refugio, which. 3 belongs II to Luis Peres; and whereas a person with my full satis-, fact~on and confidence must be sent to count and inspect [the cattle], making a detailed report of their number, type, and quality, so that the fee may be ascertained which the above-named Santiago Seeufn must pay on the prescribed terms: let Don Juan Jose Pacheco, of this vi-' cinity~ in whom the aforesaid qualifications are found, go and execute [said provisionsj according to the tenor and form [mentionedj.
