13 11 National Pole Vault Standards This standard has a clamping system and a handle added for ease of operation. The clamping system is above the base pad protectors when in the lowest position and the tightening knob is on the outside, making it more official friendly. The adjustable readout plate is designed to deflect poles away from the clamping bracket and minimize pole damage. The 5 /16 thick thread plate can be easily replaced if the threads are damaged due to excessive use or over tightening. The 7141 features stiff uprights made of fluted aircraft quality aluminum and multiple offset positions. Triple mounting locations facilitate height adjustments from 5 to 21.
