2 INTRODUCTION TORO DEL MAR is a fantastic cruiser/racer built to Jongert's highest quality and finishing standards. She combines relaxed cruising with great sailing performance thanks to her carbon mast, carbon hydr. in-boom furling and hydr. reefed foresails. With her modern lines and efficient rigging, this Jongert 2200M gives the opportunity to cruise the world seas in comfort and safety and with exceptional easy handling, even in light winds. TORO DEL MAR has an excellent deck layout design with one aft sailing cockpit, a large sunbathing area, and a great semi-enclosed deck saloon. She is still in the hands of her first owner and constantly cared for by a captain, who is on board since launch. She is technically perfectly maintained and ready to cruise immediately.
