FIRST AID MEASURES Inhalation: Move to fresh air. In case of shortness of breath, give oxygen. If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration. Call a physician immediately. Skin contact: Take off all contaminated clothing immediately. Wash off immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Immediate medical attention is required. Wash contaminated clothing before re-use. Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical advice. Ingestion: Call a physician immediately. If swallowed, induce vomiting immediately, as directed by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If a person vomits when lying on his back, place him in the recovery position. 5. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Personal precautions Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Use personal protective equipment. MATERIAL IS TOXIC. If exposed to material during clean-up operations, IMMEDIATELY remove all contaminated clothing and wash exposed skin areas with soap and water. See SECTION 4, First Aid Measures, for further information. Environmental precautions Try to prevent the material from entering drains or water courses. Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. Do not contaminate surface water. Methods for cleaning up Contain spillage, and then collect with non-combustible absorbent material, (e.g. sand, earth, diatomaceous earth, vermiculite) and place in container for disposal according to local / national regulations (see section 13). 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. For personal protection see section 8. CONTAINERS MAY BE HAZARDOUS WHEN EMPTY. Since emptied containers retain product residue follow all MSDS and label warnings even after container is emptied. Storage Storage conditions: Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. 8.
