See below for route specific details. Harmful if inhaled. Causes eye irritation. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reaction in some individuals. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum or using tobacco. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS Inhalation: Eye Irritation: Skin Irritation: Skin Absorption: Ingestion: May be harmful if inhaled. Considered to be a moderate irritant. Avoid eye contact with the product by using chemical safety glasses or goggles. Considered to be a negligible irritant to the skin of a rabbit. Moderately toxic dermally. Slightly toxic if swallowed. IV. FIRST AID If Inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth to mouth if possible. Sweep up and place in suitable (fiberboard) containers for later disposal. VII. HANDLING AND STORAGE Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage and disposal. Pesticide Storage: Pesticide Disposal: Store in a cool, dry place. Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture or rinsate is a violation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance.

Then offer for recycling or reconditioning, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration, or if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION These precautions are suggested for conditions where exposure may exist; emergency conditions may require additional precautions. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY Stability: Conditions to Avoid: Hazardous Decomposition: This material is stable under normal conditions. Should not be used where ph of water is below 6 due to the possibility that the copper chelate may dissociate and release copper ions which could subsequently be precipitated as insoluble copper salts. Should not be applied when water temperature is below 60 F. Decomposes above 200 C.

Moderately irritating to the eyes. Considered to be a negligible irritant to the skin of a rabbit. Acute dermal LD50 = 2,918 mg/kg Oral LD50 = 1,312 mg/kg XII. ECOLOGICIAL INFORMATION SUMMARY OF EFFECTS This product may be toxic to fish. Some species of fish may be killed at application rates on this label trout and channel catfish are especially sensitive. Immature fish are more susceptible to injury than mature. Generally, fish toxicity is reduced as water hardness increases. Consult State Fish and Game Agency or other responsible agency before applying this product to public waters. XIII. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS Comply with appropriate disposal regulations. Landfill solids at permitted sites. Use registered transporters. XIV. TRANSPORT INFORMATION Note: Inhalation data generated using a smaller particle size than is reasonably foreseeable to be encountered by a human during transport. Since a mist is not likely to be generated in a leakage of the transport containment, this material is not regulated as a poison for transport per DOT 49 CFR (b)(3), IATA , IMO IV / 6.1 / 2.2.3, RID / ADR 2600 / 2.5. OTHER INFORMATION WARRANTY STATEMENT LAKE RESTORATION, INC. warrants that this product conforms to the chemical description on the label thereof and is reasonably fit for purposes stated on such label only when used in accordance with directions under normal use conditions. It is impossible to eliminate all risks inherently associated with use of this product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness or other unintended consequences may result because of such factors as weather conditions, presence of other materials or the manner of use or application, all of which are beyond the control of LAKE RESTORATION. In no case shall LAKE RESTORATION be liable for consequential, special or indirect damages resulting from the use or handling of this product. All such risks shall be assumed by the Buyer. The exclusive remedy of any buyer or user of this product for any and all losses, injuries, or damages resulting from or in any way arising from the use, handing or application of this product, whether in contract, warranty, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for this product or at LAKE RESTORATION S election, the replacement of this product. LAKE RESTORATION MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE NOR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE.
