2 Confined Space Entry Theory Assessment This Theory Assessment will form part of the formal assessment for the following unit/s of competency: MSMPER200 Work in accordance with an issued permit MSMPER205 Enter confined space RIIWHS202D Enter and work in confined spaces RIIRIS201D Conduct Local Risk Control The result of this assessment will be used as evidence by your assessor for determining and awarding competency. Assessment Conditions Formal assessment conditions are required whilst completing this theory assessment. Please do not talk to other candidates, share information or communicate in any way. Failure to observe these conditions may deem you as having unsatisfactorily completed this assessment task and result in you being found not yet competent in the units assessed. This assessment consists of multiple-choice, true or false and short answer question formats. Please read each question and each of the answers before circling the correct answer on your answer sheet. If you make a mistake, cross the incorrect answer out and circle the correct answer. If you do not understand the phrasing of a question, please ask your assessor for a further explanation. The assessor will explain the question, however they will not influence the decision making related to selecting an answer in any way.
