2 25 Years in the Making Twenty-five years ago, Aldo Violi and his partner Gino Mellozzi began Mellow Walk Footwear in a factory measuring only a few thousand square feet. At the time they referred to Mellow Walk as the shoe factory for comfort. Today s Mellow Walk looks nothing like the Mellow Walk of 1993, however we have never lost our desire to create great-fitting comfortable footwear. Twenty-five years later, Mellow Walk is marching, er, walking into 2019 with renewed energy and a larger stock program. In addition to bringing back a few stock favourites from the past, we are also introducing our Men s SD skater shoe, Owen, as well as new metal-free double-gore boots for both men and women. We also recently redesigned our company logo and are proud that it is reflected in this catalogue, and will soon roll out to all aspects of our business. And while we opted for a new brand identity to help us celebrate our 25th, our goal was also to reinforce that Mellow Walk is a comfort footwear brand. As we like to say, the word Mellow does the heavy lifting for us: mellow = comfort = happy. As we enter our 26th year (in the making) we are also taking time to remember our heritage. In this catalogue, we feature faces of the people who have made, or continue to make our safety shoes in our Toronto shoe factory. And finally, we thank you, our distributors and retailers, for believing in the brand and for your much-needed support, encouragement, and advice over the decades. Mellow Walk maintains the right to reject credit for footwear that has been altered, abused, sold as final sale, or used for purposes not intended.

ASTM F I/75 C/75 SD Grade 1 toe protection (125 joules) with Static Dissipative sole. ASTM F I/75 C/75 PR EH Grade 1 toe and plate protection. Electric Shock Resistant sole designed to withstand 18,000 volts. Toe Caps Steel toe caps are used for improved performance and fit. Metal-Free Toe Caps Available in ESR and SD footwear for industries requiring metal-free safety shoes. Puncture Resistant Midsoles Where marked, footwear incorporates flexible, woven CSA/ASTM-approved puncture-resistant midsoles. Slip Resistance Mellow Walk footwear is tested to CSA Z195/ISO and Mark II standards for slip resistance.
