3 Introduction Operating from the heart of the Lake District this family company prides itself on its expertise in the hot tub holiday rental market. Managing Director David started the business after experiencing first-hand the benefits of hydrotherapy when recovering from illness. We have personal experience of owning a lodge holiday rental business making us familiar with the needs and demands of clients when renting a tub. The technical team deliver, install and service tubs as well as providing water care to local holiday parks, providing 24 hours call out throughout the country. The team are trained in all aspects of hot tub care including the latest HSE guidelines. Drawing on this wealth of experience and our relationship with Strong Spas, one of the largest hot tub manufacturers in the world, we have developed a custom hot tub for the holiday rental market. The Windermere Commercial which meets many of HSE guideline requirements, is exclusive to Cumbria Spas. Our aim is not to just sell hot tubs but to provide the best product for the customer needs by working closely with our supplier and listening to our clients. We have experience in working with individuals throughout the country as well as local hotels and lodge parks including Park Dean Resorts. 5 Strength Our Spas are manufactured with a highly advanced technically proficient process called rotational moulding, or roto-moulding. It s a process that virtually eliminates the stresses that would normally be locked into the final product, meaning our Spas are protected from cracking, fading, rotting, rusting, or tearing. The roto-moulding manufacturing process also produces a virtually indestructible cabinet that s able to withstand what would normally be devastating impacts. These rotationally moulded spas are a true unibody construction, manufactured with 100 quality control checks in place before leaving the factory. 5

6 Cabinet The dura-last cabinet, as well as being aesthetically pleasing, is resilient, durable, sturdy and maintenance free. Unique energy insulation system that offers superior thermal efficiency whilst retaining their new looks. The tub is available in glacier white shell with black wrap or a cobblestone and rock panel combination. Base The pedestal insulated base is thicker than most other spas making it impervious to pests, immune to cracking, rotting and rusting. Plumbing Designed for optimum water flow, easy access, exceptional build quality and factory checked for leaks, a 1.5-inch drain is included to help speed up the emptying process. No air diverters This gives optimum air intake all the time aiding oxygenation thus helping to keep the water crystal clear for longer. Where air diverters are present bathers can adjust them meaning the water is not being kept clean and they are often mis-used and broken. Moulded headrest Unlike the detachable pillow headrests which can harbour bacteria the integrated headrest won t discolour and cannot be removed or damaged. 6

7 Fixed jets These are strategically placed to enhance the hydrotherapy experience and the twospeed pump gives users ample control over the pressure of the massage. They are robust and easy to clean, cannot be pulled off easily like adjustable jets. Single LED light This colour changing light gives a stunning visual effect and is easy to replace should the need arise. Our LED lights have the benefit of a timer should the guests leave them on accidently. 7

Commercial controls The master control which is used for initial programming is hidden inside the spa cabinet however the bather only has access to the jets and lights buttons.

Ozone This is fitted as standard. Ozone is a natural purifier, chemically known as O3 it is produced from simple oxygen molecules in the atmosphere. The spas ozone generator is designed to duplicate this natural sanitiser, leaving no by-products meaning it is 100% safe for the environment. CEC certificate All spas produced by Strong spas have this certificate. Strong Spas are a Member of International Hot Tub Association, abiding by strict industry standards. 8

The patented Hercules hard top lid is built by the manufacture to OEM standard and is custom fit with lift assist integrated into the tub. It is not a bolt on accessory like all other lids on the market. The Hercules hard top lid is easy to use, moulded hollow from durable resin then filled with proprietary foam to protect against harsh elements and provide energy saving heat retention. It does not absorb water and with normal use is guaranteed to last a life time. The Ultra strong lifter makes the lid as easy to lift as opening a car door. The soft top lids absorb moisture, which means they lose their insulation capacity and become very heavy, even with the best maintenance regime. They tear easily and are the most problematic and biggest money drain on a hot tub, requiring replacement every 2 to 3 years at a cost of approximately 500. If not replaced your hot tub loses its insulation properties at the highest and most important point of impact, as heat rises and escapes your heater and pump is then forced into working harder for longer and putting parts under unnecessary strain. 9
