Designed, manufactured and built entirely within the UK by Courtcraft. Innov8 is a wall panel squash court system developed as an alternative to using traditional wet plaster based systems.

The Innov8 wall panel system has the advantage of easy maintenance over time. Our Innov8 court walls can be scrubbed clean or painted many times due to the durable nature of the panels.

Innov8 courts perform as good as any traditional squash court with respect to how they play. The dynamics of ball bounce, return and spin match any traditional plaster constructed walls. The Innov8 wall panel system has the advantage of easy maintenance over time. Our Innov8 court walls can be scrubbed clean or painted many times due to the durable nature of the panels. It can be installed in a wide variety of steel, block or brick fabric buildings. The visualisation above uses an Ellis Pearson glass back wall installation, but Innov8 Squash Courts can be built with solid brick or block back walls. 5 Squash Court Floors The hardwood flooring products we use at Courtcraft provide the right amount of surface texture to provide good traction for squash players. A floor installed by Courtcraft has excellent shock absorption, resilience to wear and tear, has dynamic ball responses and are a uniform light colour to sight the ball properly in play. At Courtcraft, we primarily use Junckers Beech SylvaSquash floorboard in our Squash Court Installations. Beech has excellent tensile strength, a uniform structure and a light white/reddish sapwood. In order to provide the right level of friction required by the sport, the floorboard is left unsealed and has a slightly roughened surface. Solid Junckers SylvaSquash beech floors are approved by the World Squash Federation and England Squash. The photographs here are representative of the colour, natural variations between timber batches occur. We recommend viewing a physical sample to see the colour and qualities of the SylvaSquash flooring. Courtcraft squash court floors comply with the latest European performance standard EN A4. The flooring we install in an Innov8 Squash Court can be easily maintained by us at Courtcraft. Deep cleaning, full floor sanding and new line marking can be regulalry done to maintain your court in optimal playing condition. 7 Fleming Park A suspended Innov8 moving wall was installed to divide two standard squash courts. The moveable wall is manually moved very easily by two people to provide a doubles size squash court or is moved to provide a larger user space. Leisure Centres use this feature to adapt the space for other fitness and leisure activities, meaning the space can be in full use all throughout the day and all year round. The wall is strongly locked in place by 3 simple foot locking devices using an Alan Key type tool. The low friction bearings and wheels in the track mechanism mean very little force is needed to move the wall in either direction. Our design brief was to build a Squash Court inside an exisiting sports hall without changing or altering the structural fabric of the building. Courtcraft came up with a fantastic solution by developing our current Innov8 squash court designs to be able to be wholly self supporting. All four walls act to structually hold the court in place. With a height of nearly 6m tall and enclosed in white netting squash play will not interupt other activities going on in the sports hall. The Ellis Pearson Glass Back wall, constructed from toughened 12mm glass and clear glass support fins allows spectators to watch the on-court action.
