How long have you known her? 26 For a while now How long is for a while? 28 'Bout two years. 29 Was there an incident where someone was chasing her or anything in a car in 30 Cedartown? Were you with Aislynn? Alright, just tell me what happened in your own words. 35 Alright, we was setting at uh, H & R Block uh, parking lot And where's that located at? 37 In Cedartown. 38 Uh-huh. 39 And we's setting there, I's talking to some of my friends and he pulled up telling 40 her that uh, that they needed to talk and she said, "no, no" - then he started taking off his shirt 41 and then she left, she pulled out of the parking lot and then he just kept following her, he followed 42 - we went through uh, Kroger parking lot try to turn around get - you know where he wouldn't - 43 you know - stop following us - then finally he - we left him some how. 44 He - he followed you in her car - I mean what car was he in? 2

No sir. 50 He -he - did he - was he cussing or anything? What was he saying? 53 He just - I can't remember exactly what he's saying 'cause - I didn't know what 54 was going on. 55 What was his demeanor- was he talking normal or how was he reacting? :;6 He - he got kinda mad 'cause he took off his hat and his shirt. 57 Was anybody with him? 58 Yes sir, I don't know some boy was with him, I don't know who he was. 59 And what did he tell Aislynn? He's - he's like, we need to talk, we need to talk and she's like, no we don't no - then he took off his shirt -- and she said "don't start" and then we just pulled out the parking lot - and he just followed us 'Kay did uh, what kind a car was she in? And you said he was cussing. Cussing at her or cussing - yeah he's cussing at her. You don't know exactly what he said? No I can't remember. Um, we went back to Kroger to get my car - Yes. -- then uh, he drove her car - Who did? -- Ronnie Worthington. Alright, drove her car. Yeah, and she got ride with her daughter. Uh-huh. I mean with his daughter. Right. And then went back to uh, Aislynn's house. Did he follow you then? No sir I didn't see him then. 129 You didn't see him then.
