Delivery is always included and will be carried out in time, the latest on the morning of the match day. Some deliveries are done by hand and they may take a bit more time than usual. It is your responsibility to inform your client that delivery is about to be done. Check your tracking numbers or ask us about the current status. We will always assist in the best way we can but late deliveries are sometimes actually, we cannot do anything about that.

7 Tickets are mostly delivered through Royal Mail Special delivery to a UK address or a hotel reception (hand delivery on, extra charge) Once the package is sent, you will receive a tracking code. You have to be certain that somebody is present to accept this package and sign for it. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivered packages as a result of absence of somebody to collect. If any problem may occur with the delivery, please call us ASAP and we will assist you. If you don t contact us, telling us that some problem has occurred, we obviously cannot help you and therefore can t be held responsible for any claims or damage. Some tickets are being hand delivered, sometimes very close to kick-off. We will inform you in time when this is the case and contact your client when necessary. In many cases we deliver cards (season tickets) and they must be returned to the supplier after the match. Please inform your (foreign) clients very clearly to follow the instructions in the package and sent/hand back the cards right after the match. Always provide mobile phone numbers of your clients so we can contact them and instruct them properly. We are known for our strict delivery methods and responsible handling of your client s needs. In case of any questions or uncomfortable situation, please, do not hesitate to call/text us. Tango Tickets cannot be held responsible for the effects of any date changes. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. Nevertheless, we will do the best we can to work things out with you and your client and control any possible damage.
