2 40th Annual Hubert Charolais Ranch Dear Charolais Friends, This marks our family s 60th year of breeding Charolais cattle. Good customers, good friends, good bankers, and a love for what we do makes this all possible. This year has been a test to all of us in the livestock business, but when we are out driving through our cow/calf pairs this summer it will all be worth it. I stated at our 50th Anniversary that our goal today remains the same as when Mom and Dad started this herd in 1959: to produce consistent, balanced trait cattle that will work for ranchers under different management and environmental conditions. That goal still remains in effect, and I feel that is the key to our longevity. POLLED BULL SALE & Special Female Offering We are quite proud of the recent success that several purebred Charolais breeders have had with our genetics. The high-selling bull in 2018 for Schmidt Cattle Company, Gordon, NE was sired by HCR Credit 416 Pld. The high-selling bull in 2018 for Hebbert Charolais, Hyannis, NE was sired by HCR Equity 3123 Pld. And just this past week, the high-selling bull for Rennert Ranch, Elm Creek, NE was sired by HCR Freedom 6144 Pld. The bulls selling will be semen tested and have tested negative for BVD. A comprehensive vaccination program has been used on this set of bulls. In memory of Mom - Lois Y. Hubert The matriarch of the Hubert Family - Mom grew up on a farm in Nebraska, went to country school, worked on an Army Base, got married and raised seven children.(she wanted eight but ran out of time). She enjoyed country life and took great pleasure in the family business of raising Charolais cattle. She was blessed with seven children, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. If you are looking for Charolais females, please look over the lots in this sale.
