4 MISSION STATEMENT The Mission of the program is for trained mentors to advise our youth referees in ways they can enhance their game management skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. Updated

6 MENTOR WHAT IS A MENTOR? (DEFINITION) A wise and trusted teacher, guide, friend. An experienced adviser and supporter. Someone usually older and more experienced, who advises and guides a younger, less experienced person. Updated
7 THE YRDP PROGRAM FOCUS To operate under one umbrella program: All associations (professional and recreational) will use the same guidelines and procedures developed and approved by the YRDP Committee a.
