TournEvent of Champions is open to those 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and must not be listed on the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Banned Patron List. Must have a valid Fire Keeper s Club card to enter; membership is free. Employees of Potawatomi Hotel & Casino ( PH&C ) and the immediate family members of the Marketing Department, Player Development Department and Upper Management Team which includes Directors, Assistant Directors, Chief Financial Officer, Assistant General Manager and General Manager are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. An immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling, child, or any other person residing in the same household as employee. 2. Agreement to Official Rules. By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of PH&C, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. 3. PH&C s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. 1

2 4. How to Enter. All guests that possess a Fire Keeper s Club card may enter. Guests can receive: 1 entry for every 50 points earned on their club card by playing slots or table games (Unlimited) beginning at 3 a.m. on May 1 st to 11:59 p.m. on May 31 st. 3x Entries on TournEvent Dates. No mechanically reproduced entries will be permitted. All entries become the property of PH&C and will not be returned. To activate entries for electronic drawings: Swipe Fire Keeper s Club card into any promotional kiosk. Enter pin number and select drawings tab. Locate the appropriate drawing for that day to activate entries. Guests may also activate their entries at any slot machine. Insert Fire Keeper s Club card into any slot machine, place a minimum bet, then remove club card. Must be present to win. 5. Free Entry. No purchase necessary, purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Any Fire Keeper's Club member may obtain their one-time free entries into the promotion based on club tier by swiping their club card at any Promotional Kiosk. Enter pin number and select the promotions tab, and then locate the appropriate promotion for the free entry. 3 Wild Card Drawings Thursday June 7 th 6pm - 6:30pm - 7pm - 7:30pm - 8pm 20 names each; no redraws; winners entered into Grand Finale on June 10 th $50 Reward Play prize to each winner Grand Finale Sunday June 10 th TournEvent Sessions (every 10mins.) 11am 5pm Tournament Rules: 2 hours prior to Tournament: notification signs will be posted at slot bank. 1 hour prior to Tournament: slot machines will be shut down for Tournament mode set-up Random machine assignments: will be determined at each round once FKC information is entered into the tournament board. Names will be displayed on each slot machine. Tournament play will count down to the start of each session and guests will have 2 minutes to compete for the top score. Winning Criteria: The highest number of slot points will determine each player s final position. Tournament play results will be displayed directly on the monitor above the slot machines. Round Positions will be displayed prior to each qualifying round. Tie Breakers: Prizes shall not be shared. If necessary to break a tie during the tournament for prize issuance or advancement a one minute play-off round will determine the winning participant(s) with the highest score. 4 Saturdays: May 5 th 12 th 19 th 26 th Activate Entries 9am; must reactivate each hour to remain checked-in 10am 1pm o Winners have 10 minutes to check in at the Promotions Booth o There are no redraws o Guests can win multiple times but only once per drawing time o Guests can also qualify to play in multiple time-slots at the Grand Finale TournEvent on Sunday June 10 th, but can only occupy 1 seat per session including the Final Round of Play. o Entries carry over from week to week o All players participating in Saturday s sessions will receive $25 Reward Play; the top 4 finishers receive an additional $100 Reward Play and advance to the Grand Finale TournEvent on Sunday, June 10 th, All Reward Play is good for 24 hours. Tournament Zone 10:30am 1:30pm Wild Card Drawings Thursday June 7 th Times: 6pm - 6:30pm - 7pm - 7:30pm - 8pm Activate Entries 5:30pm; must reactivate each ½ hour to remain checked-in TournEvent Drawing Qualification (20 names / every ½ hour.) 6pm 8pm. o Winners have 10 minutes to check in at the Promotions Booth o There are no redraws o After Check-in: Winners will receive $50 Reward Play & their instructions for participating in the Grand Finale Slot Tournament on Sunday June 10 th o Guests can win multiple times but only once per drawing time o Guests can also qualify to play in multiple time-slots during the Grand Finale TournEvent on Sunday June 10 th, but can only occupy 1 seat per session including the Final Round of Play. Grand Finale TournEvent Sunday June 10 th Qualified Winners: Up to 516 players will participate in the Grand Finale from the May qualifiers & Wild Card Drawings Each player will have received their tournament time slot and will report to the tournament zone If a player misses their time slot, there is no guarantee of playing in a future open spot Preliminary Rounds 11am 3:30pm o Up to 516 participants o 28 Sessions o Top 3 Advance Semi Final Rounds 4pm 4:50pm o 84 participants o 6 Sessions o Top 3 Advance Final Round 5pm o 18 participants 4

5 Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible participants. PH&C has the sole authority to determine the winners and such decisions are final. 7. Prizes. All prizes are awarded As Is. Any costs or repairs become the responsibility of the winners. Items are not redeemable for cash. A W-9 form must be filled out for any PH&C prize over $50. Winner must present a valid ID and Fire Keeper s Club card to claim prize. TournEvent of Champions Prize Package plus any winnings from the TournEvent of Champions Million Dollar Event will be taxed separately after the event. 8. Prize Acceptance/Restrictions. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of the Official Rules; and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The winners may be required to provide valid picture identification and a Fire Keeper s Club card to claim prize. Prizes are not transferrable or assignable. No substitution allowed except by PH&C, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign the required documents within the required time period, s/he forfeits prize. Any airfare expenditure above $800 per person will be the responsibility of the qualifier. Qualifiers are responsible for payment of all food and beverages after the $500 credit is used. If the qualifier spends less than either of these dollar amounts, any remaining balance will not be provided to the qualifier. Qualifiers are responsible for transportation expenses during their stay in Las Vegas and are responsible for any accommodations expenses at the hotel in excess of four nights. In the event the TournEvent of Champions Million Dollar Event is cancelled for any reason, no compensation will be paid. 5

6 9. Release, Publicity, Use of Personal Information. The winners may be required to fill out a Promotional Prize Payment form, a W-9 tax form for any cash/trip/prize received and a Contest Prize Release/Publicity Form. Winners may be asked to allow use of his/her name and likeness for promotions/advertising purposes and announcements. If granted, an additional waiver, or Photo Release, will be filled out. 10. General Conditions. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, regularly scheduled maintenance, virus or other technical problem, PH&C may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Promotion and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. PH&C reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should an attempt be made, PH&C reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. PH&C s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. PH&C has no oversight or authority on the TournEvent of Champions Million Dollar Event in Las Vegas. 11. Limitations of Liability and Release. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless PH&C, the Forest County Potawatomi Community, and their respective promotional partners, prize partners, agents, agencies, and the officers, elected officials, directors and employees of each of them ( the Released Parties ) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion, or acceptance or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of registrations and game plays; (e) late, lost or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant s participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of any prize. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. 12. Official Rules Information. Disputes. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, by PH&C. All decisions made by PH&C Management are final. 6
