All tours included in a package must be completed within 14 days of starting the first tour (subject to availability). MISSING YOUR HOTEL COACH PICK-UP If you are not waiting at the pick-up point at the date and time specified in your booking, then you will forfeit 100% of the total price paid. MISSING YOUR CATAMARAN OR BOAT DEPARTURE Some tours such as the catamaran to Fitzroy Island do not offer hotel coach pick-ups and require you to check-in at a fixed location such as the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal. If you do not check-in at the time and date specified in your booking, then you will forfeit 100% of the total price paid SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES At OUR discretion if you miss your COACH or BOAT departure you may be able to reschedule for another day subject to the payment of a rescheduling fee.
