Date a place of e tournament Dates: 27 a 28 May 2017 (bo tournaments occurring bo days). Place : Stade Des Cheminots, Hoflat Sports Complex, Plaine reet Hazebrouck - France The competition takes place on six grass football pitches, numbered from 1 to 6. Dimensions: almo 60m / 40m Art 3. Participants To take part to e tournament, clubs mu be affiliated to a national football federation. A player can only play for one team during e tournament. The Hazebrouck International You Cup gaers two tournaments in two different age categories: - U10-U11 - players born in 2007 / U12-U13 - players born in 2005 / 2004 Outranking is allowed wi medical certificate only. Players football licenses mu be brought to e tournament a be given at your arrival for control. If one or several players do not fit to e criterias mentioned in ese rules, ey will not be allowed to participate. Penalties for e club can also be granted by e organizational boa. The teams delegations are composed of a minimum of 8 players, 20 for a maximum. A li of e players wi e following information mu be forwaed to e organizational boa at lea one mon before e tournament: la name, fir name, date of bir, license number, a jersey number. Art 4. Team s equipment All teams mu have two different jerseys of different colors, as well as eir own balls for e training sessions. Balls are supplied by e organization for e matches. If a similarity is noticed in two team s equipment s colors, e team of e club located e close from e sports complex has to wear its seco equipment.

Tournament syem Two categories: U10-U11: 16 teams U12-U13: 16 teams The drawing is done at e ASC Hazebrouck s club house, 20 rue de la Plaine in Hazebrouck, at lea two weeks before e beginning of e tournament. All e teams are kily invited to be ere. Competition is played regaing e following syem : Each team plays a total of 6 games during e tournament (3 per day). Beginning of qualifying heats: Satuay 27 May at 9 :30 am All 16 teams are divided in 4 groups of 4 teams. Each team plays 3 games again e oer teams composing e group. Beginning of e final matches: Suay 28 May at 9:00am The two fir teams of each group will play ranks from 1 to 8. In e quarter finals, e fir team of each group plays again e seco of anoer group (determined in e draw). The 3 a 4 teams of each groups will play ranks from 9 to 16. The 3 team of each group plays again e 4 team of anoer group (determined in e draw). Matches in e quarter finals: e 1 team of each group plays again e 2 of anoer group (determined by draw), e 3 play again e 4 of anoer group. Semifinals: Winners of e quarter finals (1 a 2 of each group) will play ranks from 1 to 4, losers from 5 to 8. Winners of e quarter finals (3 a 4 of each group) will play ranks from 9 to 12, losers from 13 to 16. Finals: Depeing on e results of e semifinals, following e same syem. Art 6. Duration of matches a allocation of points Duration of matches: U10-U11 : 2 x 10 minutes U12-U13 : 2 x 12 minutes Finals 1 a 2 place: U10-U11 : 2 x 12 minutes U12-U13 : 2 x 15 minutes ALL TEAMS MUST BE PRESENT AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE PITCH AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF EACH GAME. Allocation of points: Game won: 3 points Draw: 1 point Game lo: 0 point In case of equality in terms of points between two teams or more once teams played its 3 group matches, e following syem will be applied to divide teams: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Be goal-average Highe number of goals scored during e direct confrontation Be attack Be defense 3 penalty shootouts. Playing rules Be careful, e rules applied are ose of e French Football Federation for e age categories concerned a an exception is applied for bo categories: all free-kicks are direct, a opponents mu be at 6 meter. Refereeing All matches will be managed by e ASC Hazebrouck s licensees, uer e responsibility of Mr Myckaël DENIER, president of e ASC Hazebrouck. Referees are us official ones Refereeing/Arbitration of e sideline will be e responsibility of a supervisor of each club. Before e kick-off, it is determined by a toss in oer to know which team gives e kick-off a which one chooses its side of e pitch. Referees can add some overtime depeing on e circumances of e meeting: injury, behavior, technical problem, voluntary delay, etc. Sanctions : Promote sports uer its fine aspect being e guiding principle of e tournament, referees will be intransigent regaing any behavioral gap. Yellow ca Official warning: e player who received e yellow ca will be excluded for 5 minutes. He will not be replaced during is period of time. The player who would have received a yellow ca twice for e same reason in e same match will be excluded a won t be allowed to play e newt match. Red ca Expulsion: e player receiving e red ca will not play e next match. Depeing on e seriousness of e act causing e red ca, e tournament commission will decide of e suspension of e player, or even his full expulsion of e tournament. Art 9. Awaing process The final ranking will be eablished a organized by e Steering Committee of e Association. All clubs agree to ay until e e of e awa ceremony. Any absent club during e ceremony won t be awaed. a invited to take part again to e tournament.

Art. 10 Settlement of disputes The organizer will set up a tournament commission which will be responsible for e tournament s sporting events a will have e competence to solve disputes, claims, appeals a unforeseen cases. The commission will be composed of e following people: - VANHOYE Philippe-Alexare Tournament Organiser DENIER Myckaël President of e ASC Hazebrouck If necessary, e tournament commission will report to e correspoing national association a to e international football organizations (FIFA / UEFA). Art. 11 Complaints a appeals Complaints a appeals mu be addressed to e tournament commission, which will make a final a biing decision. The commission will not accept any claim concerning e decisions of e referee on e pitch. Art. 12 Discipline The ASC Hazebrouck declines all responsibility in case of eft or accident which can occur during e tournament wiin e enclosure or near e adium. Art. 13 Insurance Each team is responsible for taking out e appropriate insurance coverage for its player. The organizer of e tournament will contact e following insurances: - COVEA RISKS : Certified insurer of e No Pas de Calais Football League Cabinet Boorteel Insurance MMA in Hazebrouck Art. 14 Security Po A safety ation will be inalled on e facilities. It will be held by qualified rescuers. A general practitioner will be in office during e tournament. In case of serious injury, emergency services of e city of Hazebrouck (fire ation) will be called.

5 Art. 15 Reporting a cancellation In case of inclement weaer or oer unforeseen event, ASC Hazebrouck has e right to cancel e competition or to popone it. If e event is canceled, regirations will be refued. If e competition is poponed, participating teams will be automatically re-engaged for new date at no additional co, but regirations will not be reimbursed. Art.16 Right to one s image Since e event is public, all participants are likely to be filmed or photographed for e reporting purposes for e club. The participants accept wiout any reriction e use by ASC Hazebrouck of any images concerning em. Art. 17 Acceptance a amement of regulation Participation in e tournament conitutes acceptance of e rules. The organizing committee of e tournament has sole power to adminier, enforce or modify ese rules. In e latter case, e committee will submit his modifications to all club leaders present at e tournament.
