Nika is off to Otago Univrsity to study halth scinc and hops to bcom a doctor working in griatric or padiatric car. Congratulations Nika! During Fbruary, mor than 5,000 rsidnts sat down to a Long Lunch to coincid with Shrov Tusday and th launch of Ryman Dlicious. Rsidnts from Whangari to Invrcargill njoyd a dlicious mal, which includd salmon caks, salt and pppr hoki, bf chks, apricot chickn, and pancaks. Th lunch was to clbrat th start of a food rvolution at all Ryman villags across th country. Ryman Dlicious is a frsh approach to dlivring food to Ryman s 10,000 rsidnts. Ryman Hospitality Managr Andrw Gibson said Dlicious is all about putting a nw twist on th old-fashiond hom-cookd mals. Innovations includ a nw Rymandvlopd Calzon in partnrship with an artisan supplir, nw Ryman club sandwichs and Ryman chickn salad. On th nw mnu, th trid and tru rub shouldrs with xotic nwcomrs. I was th main cook for th family as my mothr was so busy working on th farm. W had a coal rang to cook on, but no fridg or washing machin until I lft hom!
