2 Master MASERATI INCENTIVE Master Maserati incentive Driving exclusive, high performance cars whilst having fun at the same time, with peace of mind and the skills of a professional driver. This is the essence of Master Maserati: an exciting experience on a very technical circuit (Varano de Melegari), set in the pleasant surroundings of Parma. The courses involve safe and sports driving, carried out at the wheel of Maserati vehicles, with the constant and expert didactic supervision of professional drivers (ex F1, Rally, DTM, Indy), well suited to the role of instructors. All the dynamic sessions are carefully structured to guarantee participants the chance to experience the true performance of the various models in complete safety. The great enthusiasm and full involvement of the participants along with the strong team spirit arising from the track day make Master Maserati the ideal programme for incentive events, team building and company conventions. 2

3 Master MASERATI CIRCUIT A circuit combining natural difficulties with structural details of safe driving. The Master Maserati circuit located at the Varano de Melegari Race Track and adjacent areas is a centre of absolute excellence on a world level, which applies a range of technology to sports and safe driving courses. In detail, these include the permanent artificial rain installation (with 55 fixed irrigators), plastic low-adhesion resins, the slide machine for setting off skids. The centre also includes a series of welcome and relaxation areas for guests, that are specifically dedicated to the Master Maserati program. 4

4 GOALS OF THE COURSE The goal is to help people improve their driving abilities and develop a better control of high performance cars, in everyday driving situation, while increasing the participants team spirit and enthusiasm, which represent the real essence of the Master Maserati Courses. Moreover, for a major involvement of the guests during the Incentive Courses, a number of company contests are organised combined with practical tests. At the end of the Course, the best pupils are given prize cups as a souvenir of their participation, and a Master Maserati Attendance Certificate is issued to all trainees. 7

In addition, it is possible to personalise the hospitality areas with the client s logotypes and to include use of the Circuit s Convention Centre for corporate activities. 8

7 TELEMETRY analysis As an additional content upon request, a special session of telemetry analysis can be included in the course for an in-depth analysis of each participant s driving performance through data acquisition systems and subsequent one-to-one discussion with the instructor with benchmark parameters. 13

9 Master MASERATI team A staff of professional drivers-instructors. All Master Maserati instructors are drivers selected for their professional skill and experience in teaching driving with high-performance vehicles. An exceptional staff made up of 60 drivers, coordinated by former F1 champion Andrea de Adamich. 17
