1 Participants will be secured in a climbing harness and can ascend one of 14 climbing lanes Each lane has an auto belay device to protect from falls and lower to ground upon completion of route Highest routes top out at 40 feet/12 meters off of the ground Guests who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol of any kind (including marijuana) may not participate in this activity History of back, neck or spinal injury Any other medical condition that prevents guest from following the safety rules and guidelines ESSENTIAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Participants must be: At least 36 inches/91 centimeters tall Between 22 and 330 pounds (10/150 kg) Capable of understanding and obeying all verbal instructions from staff RULES Closed toe shoes are required No food or gum may be consumed in the climbing wall venue No lead climbing is allowed on the wall

2 Entire tour may take between 2.5 and 3 hours (or longer) to complete Participants will be accompanied by two guides across 3 skybridges, 8 ziplines and 2 rappels to complete the course Maximum height off ground is approximately 90 feet/27 meters. Final rappel is from an approximate height of 90 feet/27 meters. Bathrooms only available at the beginning and end of the tour, please plan accordingly. Guests who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol of any kind (including marijuana) may not participate in this activity Guests with the following medical conditions may not participate in this activity: Any other medical condition that prevents guest from following the posted rules and staff instructions during the activity ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 16+ years old or accompanied with an adult Between 48 inches and 78 inches tall (122/198 centimeters) Weigh between 70 and 250 pounds (32/113 kilograms) Able to ambulate under one s own power or with assistance of a companion on uneven terrain for distances of 0.5 miles/0.8 kilometers at a time Able to raise arms above head and grasp cable to brake while riding zipline Pass Ground School Proper fit and use of personal protective equipment No food or gum is allowed to be carried on the tour All personal effects must be firmly secured on person Must wear closed-toe shoes to partake in the activity Must wear ALL required personal protective equipment in accordance with manufacturer s recommendations Capable of successfully passing ground school instruction provided No backpacks or bags are allowed to be carried on course Activity only available during established operating hours with the presence of qualified staff

3 Participant will have 5 courses to choose from Participant will encounter features that will require strength and balance to successfully maneuver past and requires upper and lower body strength Maximum height off ground is approximately 37 feet/11 meters Guests who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol of any kind (including marijuana) may not participate in this activity Any other medical condition that prevents guest from following the posted rules and staff instructions during the activity ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 14+ years old or accompanied with an adult Between 48 inches and 78 inches tall (122/198 centimeters) Weigh between 70 pounds/32 kilograms and 250 pounds/ 113 kilograms Able to ambulate under one s own power or with assistance of a companion on uneven terrain for distances of 0.25 miles/0.4 kilometers at a time Able to ambulate on a 3/8 inch/1 centimeter wire or similar obstacle alone or with the assistance of a companion Pass Ground School Proper fit and use of personal protective equipment Be able to self-arrest and self-rescue (regain position on element after falling off) No food or gum is allowed on the course All personal effects must be firmly secured on person Must wear closed-toe shoes to partake in the activity Must wear ALL required personal protective equipment in accordance with manufacturer s recommendations Capable of successfully passing ground school instruction provided No backpacks or bags are allowed to be carried on course Activity only available during established operating hours with the presence of qualified staff

4 Ride will take between 7 and 9 minutes to complete Riders will travel through over a mile of forest on an elevated track at up to speeds of 28 mph/45 kph Track features curves, turns and hairpin turns Riders are solely responsible for both monitoring their speed of their sled and to control their braking in order to maintain safe distances between sleds Guests who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol of any kind (including marijuana) may not participate in this activity Any other medical condition that prevents guest from following the safety rules and guidelines PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS Driver requirements: Between 54 inches and 84 inches tall (137/213 centimeters) Must be physically able to maintain seated position and use safety restraints Capable of visually identifying sled in front of them to maintain safe following distance Able to operate brake levers to control the speed of the sled Driver must be 16 years or older to pilot sled with passenger Passenger requirements: At least 38 inches/97 centimeters tall Must be shorter than the driver Capable of holding onto front handle while sled is in motion Total passenger (max of 2) weight for sled cannot exceed 375 pounds/170 kilograms in dry conditions, 330 pounds/150 kilograms in wet conditions All loose clothing and hair below shoulder length shall be secured prior to starting the ride No food or gum is allowed on the ride Participants must remain seated at all times and keep their arms and legs inside the sled for the duration of the ride Driver must maintain at least 80 feet/24 meters in dry conditions/160 feet/48 meters in wet conditions between their sled and sled in front of them on the track Stopping on the track is only permitted in the event of an emergency No backpacks or bags allowed on the ride
