2 County Road Safety Plans Funding provided by the Minnesota Department of Transportation Almost $3.5 million made available to prepare County Safety Plans for 87 counties over three years Key program supporting the Minnesota TZD initiative 2

3 Goals and Objectives Development of County Safety Plans Establish safety emphasis areas High priority safety strategies At-risk locations Safety investment options Identify high priority safety projects, both proactive and reactive.
