2 28 th ANNUAL LABOR DAY ARTS & CRAFTS FAIR SPONSORED BY TRINITY COUNCIL #4580, KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS DATE/TIME: Sunday - August 31, a.m. - 3 p.m. SET-UP: 6:30 a.m. on the date of the Show PLACE: The parking area and grounds in front of the Sacred Heart School of Theology, 7335 S. Lovers Lane Rd., (Hwy. 100 & Rawson), Franklin, WI Free parking is available. This event has taken place on the grounds of the Sacred Heart School on Sunday of Labor Day Weekend for over 27 years and will continue to do so in the future. EXHIBITOR SPACE: Each exhibitor will be allocated a numbered space that is 15' wide by 10' deep. Spaces are on grass or blacktop with the main customer through fare on blacktop (Please check our website listed below for exhibitor space locations and numbers). Requests for particular spaces will be given on a first come first served basis but not guaranteed until entrance fee has been received. There are no separate areas for arts or crafts. Exhibitors must supply all of their own display materials, chairs, tables, umbrellas, etc. You are solely responsible for your booth, merchandise and all things within. At the end of the day your display area is to be left clean and free of litter. ENTRANCE FEE: $ ($55.00 if postmarked after August 1, 2014). This is a charitable event with sponsor s proceeds used for the benefit of the Sacred Heart School of Theology. Make your check payable to - TRINITY COUNCIL #4580, and mail with your attached application form, slides or pictures (if required) to the address on the application. Your canceled check will be your notice of acceptance. If you are not accepted, your check will be sent back to you. ELIGIBILITY: The show is juried. Applicants with jury information on file will not require jury. See application for applicability. In general, participation is open to all artists and crafters who exhibit their own work. NO MASS PRODUCED OR COMMERCIALLY MADE PRODUCTS, FOOD PRODUCTS, DEALERS, WHOLESALERS, ETC. ARE ACCEPTABLE. If jury is required exhibitors must submit 3 to 5 pictures of their work with an Entry Form and remittance so that acceptance may be determined by the jury. If a person wishes to exhibit more than one medium, all mediums must be submitted for jury. Your exhibit will be limited to what is submitted to the jury. There is no jury fee. If a person s work or display is not consistent with the medium and quality of work submitted to the jury, the exhibitor will be asked to leave the show. Judgment of the committee is final and no refunds will be given. All accepted exhibitors will have their pictures returned on the day of the show unless a separate self-addressed stamped envelope is also enclosed. WISCONSIN DEPT. OF REVENUE: A completed Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue Vendor/Seller form must be submitted with the application. ENTRY DEADLINE: August 1, After this date we will accept applications on a space available basis. Exhibitors will be notified of their space assignment by mail no later than two weeks before the show. Under no circumstances will fees be refunded to persons whose work is accepted by the jury. MISCELLANEOUS: Food, beverages and free parking will be available. Portable toilet facilities will be available on the grounds. A nominal admission fee is charged to adults. No charge for children under the age of 12. Due to insurance concerns no vehicles will be allowed in the exhibit area during show hours. Vehicles will be permitted in the exhibit area before and after the show for loading and unloading.
