14 PROJECT FASHION Welcome to a new school year! My name is Ms. Vicky and I would like to welcome you to Project Fashion. Project Fashion is a new class that will offer students the chance to design and create their own fashion pieces from purses all the way to dresses. Students will then close off the year in true fashion form. In a runway show where they will be able to model their very own pieces. Safety is very important; our first two classes (first two weeks) will be solely based on safety and the use of all of our tools. The following two classes (last two weeks of the first month) we will create our starter project. For this reason it is mandatory for all students to create the first month s starter project, even if they come in mid-year. What is the cost? $ first month $75.00 every other month to follow What is included in the cost? First month: Sketching pad, pencils and color pencils, box for needles and thread, thread, needles, scissor, measuring tape and fabric & zipper for first project. The Glee Team is a prestigious singing group who has competed against some of the best theater and singing groups in Miami and snagged first place every time! We have also performed the National Anthem for a MLB (Miami Marlins) game this past school year, and they have invited us to come back this year! There are numerous performances throughout the year. From Miami International Airport during the holiday season to the Dade county Youth Fair in the spring, we are all over Miami showing off our talent.
