2 What s New in 2018 A FREE hotel voucher good for one nights stay at the host hotel to be given away to the first out of town team that register s in each of the divisions by September 1, One will be given to the first out of town team to register in the 5/6u division, 7u division, 8u division, 9u division, 10u division, 11u division, and 12u division. All Team Mom s will receive a gift bag and their name will be entered into a drawing for a gift large basket to be given away the last day of the games. Out of town teams register by October 6, 2018 and you will be entered into a drawing for a free hotel voucher. We will be giving away 2 (two) $500 vouchers and 2 (two) $250 vouchers to the host hotel. Teams can now pay online. 3 General Information The Annual Choo Choo Bowl National Championship occurs each year, the Friday following Thanksgiving. To complete registration, you must complete and mail in the hotel information form, registration form, roster form, T-Shirt order form and payment must be received. Beginning in 2018 you can mail in your registration fees or pay online. NO REFUNDS. Tournament Cost The tournament cost is $220.00; however you can register early and save. Register by October 6, 2018 and pay only $150 that s a $70 savings. The first team in each division (5/6u division, 7u division, 8u division, 9u division, 10u division, 11u division, and 12u division) to register by September 1, 2018 will receive a hotel voucher for one room, one night stay. All out of town teams who register early (no later than October 5, 2018) will be entered into a drawing for two (2) $500 hotel vouchers and two (2) $250 hotel vouchers. With a 2 game minimum your team will received up to five (5) coach passes and one (1) Team Mom pass. Any player that does not have a birth certificate will not play. ALL TEAMS MUST have proof of age. (Birth Certificate, I.D. Cards, etc. Team Check In Teams can check Thanksgiving night from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Chattanooga Marriott; 2 Carter Plaza; Chattanooga, TN Teams can also register Friday morning at 8:00 AM at the McCallie School. We highly recommend arriving and checking in Thanksgiving night to allow for adequate time to register and find the locations for the team games. Other All Teams should have at least 12 players. There is no maximum to the number of players allowed. Team Cheerleaders and a Cheerleader Coach will be given a pass to the game. 3

4 Hotel Information In case of an emergency, the hotel contact must be staying in the associated with the hotel form. The contact agrees to pass to the appropriate person(s) information/requests we may give them. We must have a cell phone number for the contact person. You must include the number of rooms reserved for anyone who is traveling with the team and registered with the hotel listed on the hotel information form. This includes parents, grandparents, other relatives and friends. You may , mail or bring the hotel registration form to the registration desk when the team arrive at the tournament. Remember, you do not have to stay at the host hotel; however they have extended a great rate of $95 a night and it is conveniently located near the tournament fields.
