6 NOTICE AUTHORIZATION TO CATER SPECIAL EVENTS YELLOWSTONE GRILL YELLOWSTONE GRILL, LLC, 10% OR MORE MEMBERS: GEOFFREY J. DARR,SCHALENE DARR 404 Scott St Gardiner, Park County, Montana License No The above named licensee has the authority to cater and sell beer wine to persons attending a special event for which the licensee is not the sponsor and upon premises not otherwise licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages. The licensee understands that the alcoholic beverages must be consumed on the premises where the event is held and that the catered event's premises must be within 100 miles of licensee's regular place of business. The licensee agrees to post this notice in a prominent place on the catered premises for the duration of the event. The licensee further agrees to notify the local law enforcement agency, which has jurisdiction over the premises where the event is to be held and pay a fee of $35.00 prior to the event. The licensee understands that alcoholic beverages cannot be catered at locations that are within 600 feet and on the same street as a church or school without the written consent of the church or school official and agrees to provide the local law enforcement agency a copy of the written consent. 8 May 23, 2018 Schalene Darr Yellowstone Grill 404 Scott St, Gardiner, MT Phone Re: OBP at Arch Park, Park County Property Dear Ms. Darr, The Park County Commission herein waives the Open Container law for the aforementioned event at the Arch Park in Gardiner, MT. All open container activities must stay within a designated area of Arch Park. The OBP (Off the Beaten Path) events are planned and prepared by Schalene Darr at phone number , and the event will take place from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the dates shown below. Dates: 6/4/18 6/23/18 7/7/18 7/14/18 7/21/18 7/28/18 8/6/18 8/18/18 8/27/18 9/10/18 9/22/18 You indicated that alcohol would be sold. The Park County Sheriff s Office (PCSO) has been notified of the events. Per the PCSO, the established State of Montana s Disorderly Conduct Code will be in effect and enforced after 10:00 pm. Therefore, music, yelling/shouting, revving of engines, etc., will not be permitted after 10:00 pm. Also, appropriate Montana Department of Revenue applications must be completed and submitted, and appropriate permits issued through the Sheriff s Civil Office in advance of the event to sell alcohol. Contact the Civil Office at (406) In addition, the individual signing for the OBP permit and applying for the county resolution waiver must be available during this event. This individual is taking responsibility to ensure full compliance with Park County resolutions and state permits, all laws are followed, and precautions are taken to avoid underage drinking (wristbands, etc.).
