It will be used to repair the culvert on the North Fork of the Yamhill River. This is private property so there was discussion of some kind of progress report agreement. February 4 ODFW starts their annual Sea Lion Hazing at the Willamette Falls. Most think this is a total waste of time. For the most part the Sea Lion's move but after a while they know nothing is going to happen. It has become both a boat and bank angler major annoyance. These Sea Lions know exactly when to pounce on your hooked fish and take off with it. Safety Alert - Regulations say to keep wild fish in the water and release. Well that is a bit dangerous for sure. Several people have almost been taken while reviving a wild fish. If your hand or arm is in the wrong place you could end up in the river pulled under by a 2,000 pound Sea Lion. I was just told of a person that lost his ring finger releasing a salmon. Also small aluminum boats have been sunk when a seal gets up on the sides or back of small boats trying to get your catch. It is a plain silver case. Should work for a rebuild system.
