Remember a club applying for Step 6 may ALSO apply to put the reserves into Step 7. Any club applying for Step 6 and failing to be accepted, for whatever reason, will still be considered for Step 7. Date for meeting ground grading and/or providing planning permissions for dispensation is March 31 st 2019 (3 months after application date). Clubs given dispensation by the FA to complete work such as lights of which planning has been granted, will be March 31 st 2021.
