4 1 WHAT IS VF&HSTAGE It is a training program, predominately for schools and professional teams, utilising modern facilities in one of Valencia s schools with 60 years of history. The facilities are located in Alaquàs, a town in the southern perimeter of the city of Valencia and only 15 minutes from the airport. VF&HSTAGE is a dynamic program that adapts to the requirements of each team, tailoring individual programs from 2 to 4 weeks. Our facilities are spread over more than 5,000 square meters and our magnificent location allows us to take full advantage of all the cultural and leisure opportunities offered in the stunning Mediterranean coastal environment around Valencia. 5 tos At VF&HSTAGE, we make our facilities available to teams of all categories, from the smallest to more experienced groups, who want to take advantage of their stay in the Mediterranean climate with 300 days of sun per year and our hotel within walking distance of the facilities. Our excellent location, only 14 kilometres from the Mediterranean beaches, allows us to combine training on our 4 artificial turf pitches as well as on the beach. VF&HSTAGE allows teams take advantage of their stay in the city of Valencia: from the experience of playing friendly matches with teams from the area best suited to training requirements, to the many possibilities when entering the heart of Valencia; a city which boasts a rich history as well as modern facilities. Included for our guests, is a tour of the famous Mestalla stadium as well as entry to watch a match with the historical football, Valencia CF.

7 3 SERVICES Accommodation and full board at the Alaquàs Hotel Accommodation and full board at the 3-star Alaquàs Hotel, with views of the facilities, offering maximum comfort to the teams and only 50 meters from the training facilities. Civil Liability Insurance and Medical Assistance We are covered with a full a Civil Liability and Medical Assistance policy in the event of any unforeseen event that arises during your stay in VF&HSTAGE. Transfers and transfers included Welcome pack All necessary transportation included. From arrival at Manises airport to and from the hotel, as well as all other transfers included in the basic package. The welcome pack includes: T-shirt, trousers and sweatshirt for all members of VF & HSTAGE. A kit to train and, without a doubt, a lasting memory.

8 4 THE ENVIRONMENT Valencia is a stunning city with incredible weather all 4 seasons of the year. It is one of the main attractions of Mediterranean Europe. We are only 10 minutes from its historical centre and our base of operations is also stone s throw away from the best beaches on the Valencian coast, with fine sand and a warm and transparent blue sea. Likewise, the natural park of La Albufera, a freshwater lagoon separated by the Devesa de El Saler, boasts pristine beaches that are a first class tourist attraction. VF&HSTAGE is located in the middle of a pristine green area that surrounds the urban centre, with multiple routes available for bike rides. The stunning natural environment that we are surrounded with, is undoubtedly one of the highlights in our program. Valencia is bordered by a mountain range that accentuates its charm. The city of Valencia offers numerous activities for those visiting, such as Europe's largest oceanographic or Bioparc, one of the best animal parks in the world. And importantly, getting to know the history of Valencia CF with the Tour of Mestalla and witnessing it s magical atmosphere at one of Valencia CF s matches, a team with one of Spain s richest histories. Boat trips through La Albufera and nature activities in the Alarcón reservoir are also a feature of our program and obviously another highlight is that of our own facilities that we offer, which include tennis, paddle tennis, the most current Play Station games and more.

11 7 PRODUCTS VF&HSTAGE packages include daily training sessions with the teams' own technical teams (we offer, upon request, the availability of our own team managers / coaches), combined with the aforementioned leisure activities and, of course, accommodation and the transfers. We have 3 basic packs, with the only thing changing between the 3 is the duration of the stay: 15, 21 and 28 days. Naturally, our 7 PRODUCTS program offers customized packs depending on the needs of each one, but all are based between football and leisure, the motivation behind the inception of VF&HSTAGE.
