1 Lalla Aicha Tour School 2016 Event Information Lalla Aicha Tour School returns to Morocco and China also a new pre-qualifier in Colombia We are delighted to announce that for the 4th year in a row two pre-qualifiers and the Final Qualifier for Lalla Aicha Tour School will be played in Morocco. Details regarding the further 2 pre-qualifiers are also attached to this document Entries will be via the LET website and will open early August. Details of accommodation etc will also be available and provided once these have been finalised. Please be reminded of the following 6 most important points. 1. CLOSING DATE FOR PRE-QUALIFER AND FINAL QUALIFER ENTRIES WEDNESDAY 30 TH SEPTEMBER AT MIDDAY (1200 pm) UK TIME. 2. Even if you may be exempt to Final qualifier you MUST enter a pre Qualifier (we will move you to the Final qualifier list if and when you become exempt). 3. The following players will be exempt to Final Qualifier: LET Members in the top 135 from the 2015 LET Order of Merit following the Lacoste Open de France September 24th - 27th and any player who is playing in Dubai with the exception of those playing on an invite. Players in positions 6th to 20th on the LET Access Series Official Order of Merit 2015 (or where these players are otherwise exempt, next ranked player within the top 30 of the official LET Access Series Order of Merit), following the WPGA International Challenge 8th 10th October 2015 Amateurs who finish in the top 25 of the Women s Amateur Golf Rankings 2015 at the close of entries Former tournament winners on (between 2013 and 2015) LET, LPGA, JLPGA, KLPGA 4. Competitors can only enter 1 pre-qualifier 5. Entries are limited to 78 players per field on a 1 st come 1 st serve basis and there is no reserve list 6. The final round for final Qualifier will be played on the Samanah Golf Course.

2 Useful information Members wishing to enter Tour School must do so through the members area, using the same procedure as when entering any other tournament. THERE ARE 4 OPTIONS Pre-Qualifier A, Pre-Qualifier B, Pre-Qualifier C or Pre-Qualifier D if the qualifier you wish to play in is full you will have to choose one of the other options. PLEASE ENTER ONE PRE-QUALIFIER ONLY. Members who wish to withdraw after the closing date due achieving category 9b or higher for 2016 will be entitled to a full refund, provided they follow the procedure for a late withdrawal by informing the LET before the onsite registration for the relevant Tour School has closed. All other entrants that withdraw after the closing date will be refunded 1000 without exception. A player that is absent on the tee without notification will receive no refund and may incur disciplinary action subject to circumstances. Once a player has teed off there is no refund. The following is the format and entry conditions for Tour School If you are interested in playing in Tour School the entry form is available on the LET website. 4 FORMAT Pre-Qualifers A, B, C & D 72 holes scheduled Pre-Qualifier A will be played over Mohammedia Golf Club, Morocco Pre-Qualifier B will be played over Mohammedia Golf Club, Morocco Pre-Qualifier C will be played over Mission Hills Vintage Course, China Pre-Qualifier D will be played over Golf Club La Pradera de Potosi, Columbia The number of players per pre-qualifier field qualifying from pre-qualifying to final qualifying will be confirmed as soon as possible after all competitors in each field have teed off for their first round. Players tied on the final place qualifying score will qualify for Final Qualifier. Any player either more than +42 after three (3) rounds or deemed to be performing noncompetitively will be retired and not offered membership of the Ladies European Tour. Every effort will be made to complete four (4) rounds including the extension of play into the day after the scheduled final day of the qualifier in question, otherwise a result will be declared if only three (3) or two (2) rounds are possible. In the eventuality that it is decided by the Ladies European Tour that a fourth course is required, the cut numbers will be split accordingly at the discretion of the Ladies European Tour. Final Qualifier 90 holes scheduled. The field will play over both the Amelkis and Samanah Courses (final round on the Samanah Course). Cut to 60 and ties after 72 holes. Players who fail to make the 72 hole cut will be eligible for Membership in Category 12a (or the equivalent of cat 12a for 2016). After the final round the top 30 players and ties will be eligible for Membership in Category 8a (or the equivalent of cat 8a for 2016) and will be ranked in final score order. After the final round Players who have made the cut and finish in positions 31 and below will be ranked according to score and be eligible for Membership in Category 9b (or the equivalent of cat 9b for 2016). Except to establish 1st spot, a card count back will be used to rank all tied scores: best last 18 holes, best last 54 holes, best first 36 holes, best last 9, 6, 3, 2 and 1 holes (holes 10 to 18). Any player who makes the cut but subsequently withdraws due to injury or illness will be offered the last position in category 9b (or the equivalent of cat 9b for 2016). Allocation and the sequence of courses to be played is at the discretion of the Ladies European Tour.

5 Every effort will be made to complete five (5) rounds including the extension of play into the 23 rd of December 2015, otherwise a result will be declared if only four (4) or three (3) rounds are possible. Prize fund (top 5) 10,000 plus the winner will receive a bonus of 5,000 upon joining the Ladies European Tour. Applicants must acknowledge the sole authority of the Players Council and Board of the Ladies European Tour to establish the Qualifying School Rules and Conditions, and to abide by these and any amendments made by them or persons acting with their authority, that may from time to time be made. This may include but not be limited to changes in the above format, conditions and schedule. All applicants agree to submit to drug testing, which will be conducted by or on behalf of the Ladies European Tour in accordance with the Ladies European Tour Policy applicable at the time. Any applicant agrees that all and any disciplinary proceedings and/or disputes that may arise as a result of any such drugs test shall be resolved in accordance with the terms of the Policy. All applicants must conduct themselves in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Ladies European Tour. The Ladies European Tour reserves the right to reject an application for entry at any time. Conduct unbecoming a professional or non-competitive performance during a previous Qualifying School can be a basis for the rejection of an application to enter. The Ladies European Tour also reserves the right to remove a player from a Tournament at any time due to conduct or non-competitive performance. An entrant who is removed from a Tournament for any of these reasons, after she has commenced play, will not be entitled to any refund of entry fee. Eligibility. All female professionals who are a member of a national/international professional golf association/tour. All female amateurs with a handicap of 2 or less at the close of entries. The entry fee for all applicants is This covers entry to both Pre-Qualifying and Final Qualifying and one yardage book. Your entry will not be accepted until payment has cleared. Late entries will be accepted at the Tours discretion. Applicants that withdraw before the closing date will not be charged. Applicants under the age of 18 must apply to the Ladies European Tour (TourSchool@ladieseuropeantour.com) for special permission to participate in Qualifying School. If permission is granted the under 18 applicant will be required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout Qualifying School.
