PARTICIPATION TOI TOI Cup competition is open to all Czech and foreign competitors, who will present a valid license of their National Federation for For international races the licence must contain UCI ID National Championships for categories Beginners, Cadets men/women and Juniors is open to all riders in above mentioned categories exclusively with the Czech nationality and a valid license for

2 Categories: Men ELITE / U23 year of birth 2000 and older Women year of birth 2002 and older Men Juniors born in Men Cadets born in Women Cadets born in Men Beginners born in The category name Women the common category for women elite and women U23. The category name Women Cadets the common category for women cadets ( ) and women beginners (older and younger ). The category name Men Beginners the common category for men beginners older ( and younger ( ). 3. APPLICATIONS Applications shall be submitted to each race separately in electronic form on the website always at least 3 days (until 24:00) before the start of the event. The application must include the following: name, surname, team name, category, UCI ID. A competitor who fails to sign up for a given race on that website can only be added to the starting list after paying a fine corresponding to the entry fee for the category (on site at the race office): Men Beginners, Men Cadets, Women Cadets 80,- CZK Men Juniors 160,- CZK Men, Women 250,- CZK 4. CLASSIFICATION Classification is shown in the table below. 5. OVERALL INDIVIDUAL CLASSIFICATION OF RIDERS Overall individual classification of riders in category Men Elite/ U23 and Women shall be the competitor s sum of all his points in all 7 international UCI C1 and C2 Toi Toi Cup races. The 2019 National Championships is not a part of Toi Toi Cup Overall individual classification of riders in categories Beginners, Cadets men/women, Juniors shall be the competitor s sum of his points obtained for 9 best placements in Toi Toi Cup races plus the National Championships. By the equality of points in the running overall ranking of the series, only the better ranking position in the last pointed race decides. 6. CLASSIFICATION OF THE TEAM COMPETITION For the classification of the team competition will be used the sum of the top 3 riders of one team of each race of the series. In the case of a change in the team membership during the competition, the points of such competitor will be counted to that team, for which the points earned. In case that during the season the name of the entire registered team will change, all points earned by the original team will convert to its successor team. This change must be documented in writing in advance to the result service group appointed by the Cylo-Cross Commission of the Czech Cycling Federation. The team, for which less than 3 riders starts, will be classified by sum of points participating riders. In the case of the point equality of two or more teams, a better ranking position of the best competitor in the team in the last race decides. 7. STARTING NUMBERS Starting numbers will be provided for local organizers through the service group for all categories. For damaged or not returned number, an amount of 100, - CZK will be required. 8. START AND NUMBERS ISSUING A) The starts of the individual Toi Toi Cup C1 races are due to live TV broadcasts of the MEN Elite + U23 category as follows: a. 4 Agentura Cyklistika reserves the right to change the start of individual categories in the C1 events due to the requirements of Czech Television. C) The starts of the individual Toi Toi Cup races not included in the UCI calendar (Ostrava, Rýmařov, Louny, Čáslav, Třebíč) are set for the relevant categories as follows: 09:45 WOMEN CADETS (women cadet and women beginners together) 10:25 MEN BEGINNERS (older and younger together) 11:10 MEN CADETS 12:00 MEN JUNIORS If the organizer, after the end of junior category, decides to organize other OPEN races for categories men elite/u23, women elite or masters, the program will continue according to the race guide of the local organizer at 13:00. The start numbers delivery - for categories Beginners and Cadets men/ women no later than 09:15 - for men juniors category no later than 11:00 The start numbers delivery for OPEN races for categories men elite/u23, women elite or masters will be according to the race guide of the local organizer till 12: CIRCUIT LENGTH The length of the circuit is fixed to meters. 10. STARTING ORDER A) The starting order for the international C1 and C2 TOI TOI CUP races for categories Men elite, Women and for the category Juniors in UCI races is provided: 1) according to the current overall UCI Individual Classification 2) according to the current overall individual classification of TOI TOI CUP 3) the other riders who do not figure in the above classifications - their order will be provided according to the received applications. B) The starting order for all categories at the national Toi Toi Cup races except the National Championships: In the first race the riders will start according to the overall standings of TOI TOI CUP From the second race the riders will start according to the current overall classification of TOI TOI CUP Non- scoring riders will start according to the applications received. C) The starting order of the categories Men beginners, Men cadets and Women cadets at the Czech National Championships: 1) the defending national champion 2) according to the current overall individual classification of TOI TOI CUP 3) the other riders who do not figure in the above classifications - their order will be provided according to the received applications. D) The starting order of the Juniors category at the Czech National Championships: 1) the defending national champion 2) according to the current overall UCI Individual Classification 3) according to the current overall individual classification of TOI TOI CUP 4) the other riders who do not figure in the above classifications - their order will be provided according to the received applications. E) The starting order in open races of ME, WE or Masters categories: In each race, the riders will start in order according to the received applications. 11. DURATION OF RACE Men Beginners (older + younger) 20 min. and must not exceed 25 min. Women Cadets (women cadets + beginners) 20 min. Men Cadets 30 min. and must not exceed 35 min. Men Juniors 40 min. Women Elite (women elite + women U23) minimum 40 min. and must not exceed 50 min. Men ELITE / U23 60 min. 12. LOST ROUND Lapped riders must complete the lap during which they were lapped and leave the event via an exit located before the finishing straight or in the «80%» zone as described in article C0707 of Czech National Federation regulations, if that rule applies. They will be listed in the results in the order in which they are pulled out of the race plus number of laps which have not been completed. 4

5 The decision as to whether the 80% rule is to be applied will be made by the president of the commissaires' panel after discussion with the organiser. This rule must always be applied in the international race as follows: Any rider who is about 80% than the leading rider in the first lap, will be pulled out of the race. This rider shall leave the race at the end of his lap in the zone provided for this purpose (the «80% zone») except when the rider is on his final lap. For national races this regulation shall apply: A rider who has been lapped before entering the race leader into the last lap, he continues in the race, but he must stop before entering the finish straight of the last lap at a location where the commissaire of the finish straight stands and he will be classified with the loss of the appropriate number of laps and according to the achieved place at the moment of stopping. A rider who does not respect the rule about the loss of the lap will be penalized according to the rules. 13. RESULTS Processing of the overall results of the competition will be provided by a service group specified by the Cyclo--Cross Commission of Czech National Federation. 14. THE COMMISSAIRES PANEL For international races, the president of the commissaires' panel is delegated by UCI, for national races by Cyclo-Cross Commission of Czech National Federation. The other members of the commissaires' panel are delegated by Cyclo-Cross Commission of Czech National Federation. Radios for the commissaires (total 5 pcs.) for international C1 and C2 Toi Toi Cup races and for the national championships will ensure Agentura Cyklistika s.r.o. For only national Toi Toi Cup races ensure the radios the local organizer of the race. 15. ANTI-DOPING CONTROL Anti-doping control for all international C1 and C2 races of TOI TOI CUP follows exclusively CADF UCI rules. Anti-doping control for national Toi Toi Cup races and for the National Championships follows the rules of Czech Anti-Doping Committee. 16. ENTRY FEE The entry fee is determined for each category as follows (and is paid in cash at the race office): Registered in advance in electronic form: Men Beginners, Men Cadets, Women Cadets 80,- CZK Men Juniors 160,- CZK Men, Women 250,- CZK On site registration (entry fee + fine): Men Beginners, Men Cadets, Women Cadets Men Juniors Men, Women 160,- CZK 320,- CZK 500,- CZK 17. CEREMONY The awards ceremony for categories beginners, cadets men/ women, juniors and women will take place in the finish area immediately after the end of the women race. The first three riders of each category shall come to the ceremony within 5 minutes after passing the finish line by the first rider of the women category. The awards ceremony for the category men elite will take place in the finish area immediately after the end of their race. The awards ceremony of the overall results of TOI TOI CUP 2018 for all categories including of the team competition will take place on 15th December 2018 after the last race in Mladá Boleslav. All riders must be present on the podium in the race suit. Any change of clothes must be in identical design with a race suit. Failure to comply with this regulation will be penalized in accordance with article UCI rules and article 2.1 of Table of Penalties of the General rules of Czech Cycling Federation. The space for the announcement of the winners of the race is reserved for the presentation of advertising contract concluded with the organizer. Any other advertising, including placement of bike in front of the podium or on podium are unacceptable. For placement of bikes and unauthorized advertisements in a designated area for the winner's announcement, which violates the dignified course of the ceremony, the athletes / team members will 5

6 be penalized in accordance with UCI Rules article / 28 and article 5.33 of Table of Penalties of the General Rules of the Czech Cycling Federation. 18. GEARS Gears on the bicycles used by cyclo-cross races are not limited, regardless of the riders category. 19. CONTROL OF THE RACE TRACK The regularity of the race track of each race will review the president of the commissaires' panel together with the organiser or the Czech Cyclo-Cross Commission representative 90 minutes before the start of the first category. 20. REGULATIONS The competition runs according to the valid UCI regulations, Czech Cycling Federation regulations and according to this schedule. Each rider starts at his own risk and at his own expenses or at his team expenses. The organizer is not responsible for damages incurred to the riders or caused by them. The organizer reserves the right to any necessary technical changes to the race schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. 21. PRICES Prices for each race listed in the table below are the minimum prices. Each organizer can increase them and must specify it in the race guide of his race. All prices are in CZK and will also be paid in CZK. (NR= national race) ( Prices for open races shall be given in the race guide of each race.)
