Box * Norman, Oklahoma * (405) BREEDING AUCTION INSTRUCTIONS Conditions Read Carefully These breedings are being offered by mail, , fax or phone bids. All bidding parties must either send in a check or submit a credit card bid that is received by Better Barrel Races Select Stallion Stakes no later than 12:00 noon CST Wednesday January 14, (Subsequent actions will be held on February 18 and March 18 offering remaining unsold breedings). Parties who are successful in their bid will be contacted within 48 hours of the auction deadline. All check and credit card orders will be processed. All unsuccessful bid payments (checks/credit cards) will be invalidated. All bids paying by check must be accompanied by a separate check for each individual stallion breeding you wish to bid on. All bids will be strictly confidential. The farm location and stud fee are believed to be accurate although BBR Select Stallion Stakes will not assume any responsibility for errors. All successful bids are final and all participants accept the rules and regulations before submitting their bid. In the event of a stallion death, inability to breed, or relocation, there will be no refund for any reason. The purchasing party will hold BBR and the BBR Select Stallion Stakes, or any other entity associated directly with BBR, harmless. Each Breeding is sold as is and there will be NO CHUTE FEES. Each breeding is sold with a Live Foal Guarantee/Right to Return as specified in the individual ranch contract. All bidding parties are responsible for obtaining information on the availability of shipped cooled semen for stallions they bid on. Shipped cooled semen, standard mare care and veterinarian services are not included. Bids must be at least one half of the advertised stud fee, unless otherwise noted. For stallions standing at Private Treaty, minimum bid must be $350. In the event of a tie, all parties will be contacted immediately and given the opportunity to place a higher bid amount with the successful party being notified upon the conclusion of the bidding. All check and credit card bids will be due and payable at the time of the successful bid. Successful bidders who aren t taking advantage of shipped cooled semen must make sure that their mare has a current negative coggins and health papers as specified by the ranch contract, prior to the delivery of the mare to the stallion farm. 11
