10 EPONICITY S HORSES Herd dynamics Our 28 horses live as a herd in natural conditions on grass pasture. Many of our horses were either rescued or were born here and remain in their family groups Healthy herd The physical, mental and emotional health of our horses is paramount to us and we have a plan for each horse s individual needs - All of our staff have participated in EFL activities to truly understand its nature and impact first-hand - One of our team members, Leila Pages, is making a documentary about a new way of seeing the horse - click here to see the trailer Giving the horse a voice Our horses have a choice about all the EFL work they do through our original horse selection activity, where participants are blindfolded and the horses select which human they want to work with (or not) We use bitless bridles and we practice relationship-based training and interaction
