All accommodation before and after the hunt. Carcasses (meat) remain the property of Constantia Safaris. Medals, if trophy qualifies (PHASA). Gratuities (tips), personal expenses and phone calls. Trophies of animals taken, wounded or lost. Extra animals taken during the Safari. Rented Rifle: 40 US$ per day inclusive ammunition. FIRE-ARMS HANDLING AND INSPECTION FEES AT KIMBERLEY AIRPORT REQUESTED BY AIRLINE. Pick-up and drop-off at Johannesburg International Airport. TERMS OF BUSINESS: DAY OF ARRIVAL AND DAY OF DEPARTURE = 1 DAY CERTAIN SPECIES DO REQUIRE CITES PERMITS. A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE DAILY RATES AND 25% OF PACKAGE PRICE/ WILL BE REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOU RE BOOKING IN CASH OR ELECTRONIC TRANSFER. 7 Constantia Safaris HUNTING CONDITIONS FOR THE HUNTER S OWN SAFETY AND PLEASANT STAY 7 1 Hunting Hours: half an hour after sunrise - an hour before sunset 2 No hunting will be allowed without a guide. 3 Extreme care must be taken to prevent field fires. 4 All weapons are to be handled with the necessary respect and safety. 5 Guns must be shot in before entering the hunting area. 6 Only weapons of.243 calibers and bigger may be used with soft-nose ammunition. 7 ANY PERSON/CLIENT/HUNTER USING RIFLES AND OR AMMUNITION OF CONSTANTIA SAFARIS WILL BE DOING SO AT THEIR OWN RISK AND CONSTANTIA SAFARIS WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISS FIRES ECT. 8 Birds and other wild animals may not be killed or frightened and trees are not to be damaged. 9 Only game clearly visible and in a good shooting position may be shot at. Game in motion may not be shot at. 10 Guides cannot be held responsible for the hunter shooting the incorrect specie or sex of game. It remains the responsibility of the hunter to ensure that the game being aimed at is suitable to his needs. 11 If an animal is wounded, tracking and killing of this animal must begin immediately before the hunt can continue. The hunter is responsible for the full payment of the animal whether found or not, at the price indicated on the price list. 12 Following every shot fired, the hunter must assure that the animal is not wounded. Hunters will be responsible if wounded animals been found after hunt. 13 The owner reserves the right to decide how many and which species of game may be hunted. 14 Any problems regarding the guides or accommodation must be taken up directly with the owner. 15 Any tips or other gifts may only be given via the owner to guides on departure. 16 Any person who gives any kind of liquor to OR bribe a worker will be asked to leave the property immediately!!! 17 Game not appearing on the price list, may not be hunted, unless arranged with the owner. 18 Please keep our environment clean. 19 Any Person under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to hunt. 20 Constantia Safaris reserves the right to admission. 21 No pets (dogs, cats etc.) unless prior arrangement with the owner has been made. 22 Any person who is found guilty of any of the above points will be held responsible for any claim that may occur due to their own irresponsible behavior. 23 Constantia Safaris reserves the right to erase any sensitive footage, and to use any footage, photos or any other video material of hunters for marketing purposes. HUNTERS AND OTHER VISITORS TO THE FARM, DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE OWNER CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, DEATH OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENCE BE IT AN ACCIDENT, THEFT OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHEN VISITING THE FARM.
