3 SECTION A: GENERAL 1. Title 1.1 This schedule shall be known as the DanceSport New Zealand Schedule of Approved Event s. 2. Effect 2.1 This document supersedes all previous DanceSport New Zealand Schedule of Approved Event s pursuant to Rule 10.3 of the DanceSport New Zealand Rules and comes into effect on the First (1 st ) day of January Every team of athletes competing within an approved event will be required to adhere to its specifications and may be disqualified for infringement. 3. Purpose 3.1 The purpose of this document is to provide: a comprehensive description of approved event types; and restrictions relating to some approved event types. 4.
