11 JUDO SOUTH AFRICA JUNIOR BLACK BELT This grading is a National grading done at Provincial level by at least one Dan Grading Master. The Grading fee is set annually and 50% of the fee is payable to JSA and 50% to the Province. The Grading fee may not exceed the costs of a Dan Grading. National grading certificates will be issued to the Province on receipt of results by the National Coordinator of grading. The belt colour is black with both ends 200 mm white. Requirements: The candidate must be 14 years of age, be able to demonstrate Nage-no-Kata in full, both as Tori and as Uke with a pass mark of minimum 50%.
