6 GENERAL INFORMATION ADMISSION GATE POLICIES: International Speedway Corporation has established a security policy for all of its facilities. Please familiarize yourself with this policy by reading the Speedway Admission Policy information sheet in this guide and inform your guests of these security measures. All persons must have a suite pass or grandstand ticket for admission. Guests are free to exit and reenter the Speedway by collecting a pass-out ticket as they exit the facility. They must surrender the pass-out ticket and show their ticket stub to reenter. ATMs / CREDIT CARDS: ATMs are located at various locations throughout the facility. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted at - Speedway. CHILD IDENTIFICATION: Children may receive a free identification wristband at Information Booths. The child s bracelet prerecords the family s seat location and name. This program will assist in reuniting lost children with parents. Stop by one of our Information Booths for more details and sign-in assistance. CREDENTIALS / REGISTRATION: Pre-Approved credentials must be individually picked up and signed for by the person to whom it is issued. Photo identification is required. Credentials are only available at the registration office during registration hours. The registration building is located off Palm Drive (SW 344 Street) by the Tunnel 1 South entrance (rear of the facility). Credentials are non-transferable, not for resale and may be revoked at any time. Hours of operation* are: Thursday, March 3rd Friday, March 4th Saturday, March 5th 9 AM 5 PM 7 AM 6 PM 7 AM 6 PM *(hours subject to change) Registration for sanctioning organizations is located in the same facility; their hours of operation may differ from those of HMS. CONDUCT: We respectfully request that all hospitality guests maintain proper decorum at all times. Suite customers will be responsible for personal conduct and financial obligations of guests. 6

7 GENERAL INFORMATION GIFT SHOP/SOUVENIR MERCHANDISE: The gift shop is located in the lobby of the Administration Building. A variety of official - Speedway and event merchandise is offered. Official race merchandise can be purchased at our souvenir stands located throughout the Speedway. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted. You can also purchase merchandise on the RacingOne website at HELICOPTER INFORMATION: Prior arrangements must be made to obtain access to the speedway s helipad. Applications and other information can be accessed on our website at Info/Heliport-Information. DISABLED GUESTS: All hospitality areas are accessible to guests with disabilities. If you anticipate hosting disabled guests, please notify the Speedway no later than two weeks prior to the event to ensure appropriate accommodations. Official handicap parking permits or license plates are required for entry into the handicap parking areas. Disability Assistance Carts are available to assist mobility-impaired guests with transportation from parking areas and tram stops to admission gates. To request transportation, stop by any Guest Information Booth. LIQUOR CONTROL: Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from hospitality areas. We ask that you assist us in ensuring that your guests do not leave the hospitality areas with alcoholic beverages. Additionally, consumption by minors is prohibited. Your help in complying with these rules is greatly appreciated. Please remember to ask your guests to drink responsibly. 7

TELEPHONES: Public telephones are located throughout the facility. SECURITY: Twenty-four (24) hour general security is provided, however, you are responsible for controlling access to your individual hospitality area. We encourage you to have a host/hostess in charge of your hospitality area at all times. For additional security, please contact Director of Security, Jay Fraioli at or via at jfraioli@homesteadmiamispeedway.com - Speedway will not be held responsible for any lost property in your hospitality area. SALES: Sales of goods or services is not permitted in the hospitality areas. WEATHER: The climate of South Florida is tropical. Be prepared for exposure to the sun by wearing sunscreen and/or a hat. Umbrellas are not permitted in the facility. 8

9 SPEEDWAY ADMISSIONS POLICY Items Allowed Through the Admission Gates: One soft side bag or cooler, no larger than 14 x 14 x 14 inches - Coolers of this size typically have a removable plastic liner and are branded to hold cans of Coca-Cola or other beverages. - To ensure these items fit underneath grandstand seats and do not block walkways, coolers with telescoping handles and wheels will not be permitted. - A soft side insulated cooler may contain ice. One lightweight backpack - Bag can be similar to a daypack carried by school students. - This one bag may be carried in any manner, i.e. by handle, with shoulder straps, on a belt, etc. - Fans can bring in one cooler and one backpack. Binoculars, scanners, headsets, cameras, not in a bag, worn separately over the neck or on the belt and seat cushions carried separately are also allowed. Flags are acceptable for admissions, provided they are not attached to poles and that they do not obstruct other fans viewing of racing activities. No flag poles of any type will be allowed. Small nationality flags attached to a pencil sized diameter wooden stick, will be allowed. All items brought through a Grandstand gate will be inspected. The following may not enter the admission gates or be left in or around the gate area: Firearms, fireworks and items restricted by Local, State and Federal laws. Hard sided coolers, thermos and insulated cups of any size. No strollers, glass containers, umbrellas, scooters, skateboards, or pets (trained assistance animals for disabled guests are welcome). Any bags, backpacks, suitcases or containers larger than the allowable size. For fan safety, any items left unattended in or around the gate area will be removed and disposed of without notice. - Speedway assumes no responsibility. Thank you for adhering to these admission policies. We hope you enjoy the races!

10 HOSPITALITY INFORMATION HOSPITALITY ACCESS TIMES: All hospitality areas will be open for access by you and your guests on Friday, March 4 th at 9:00 a.m. & Saturday, March 5 th at 8:15 a.m. Skybox Suites and Pit Road Cabanas close one hour after the completion of on-track activities. For easy access to Pit Road Cabanas, guests should enter the central stairway located adjacent to the Infield Media Center. A handicap-access elevator is located next to the central stairway between Suites 15 and 16. HOSPITALITY AREA LOCATIONS: Skyboxes 5 th floor in the Administration Building Pit Road Cabanas - Speedway Infield above the Garage Bays HOSPITALITY TICKETS: All hospitality tickets will be shipped via UPS to your shipping address indicated on the Hospitality Information Form. Please check your tickets upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns. 10

11 HOSPITALITY INFORMATION HOST / HOSTESS PASS: Two Hospitality Worker Passes are included with your hospitality package. These passes allow access to your hospitality area on the day printed on the pass and are intended for the person(s) managing the hospitality area. To purchase additional Hospitality Worker Passes, please complete the Hospitality Information Form and Credit Card Authorization Form in this guide. CATERING: In addition to our - Speedway staff, catering personnel will be attending your Suite. They will be wearing Americrown Service Corp. uniforms with appropriate identification. As part of your Americrown catering service a person will be assigned to your hospitality area for the duration of the event. Your server will be responsible for maintaining the food and bar setups, replenishing food service upon request, general clean-up, etc. BEVERAGES: Alcoholic beverages served in hospitality areas may not be removed from the hospitality area or carried to other areas of the facility. PROGRAMS: To assure program delivery to your suite prior to event start, programs must be ordered in advance. 12 HOSPITALITY INFORMATION SECURITY: SIGNAGE: Corporate identification suite signage will be posted in the lobby of each Skybox level and at the entrance of each Pit Road Cabana. Please indicate your suite signage preference on the Hospitality Information Form in this guide. Banners, posters, etc., may be placed inside your Suite, subject to prior approval by - Speedway. No banners or signage may be displayed from the railings outside of your Suite. TELEPHONE SERVICE: Dedicated telephone lines are available for Skybox Suites and require advance notification. Please contact AT&T Worldwide Services at to arrange for a temporary phone line. The address to use is Your Company Name c/o - Speedway, One Speedway Blvd.,, Florida Twenty-four (24) hour security is provided in the Skybox area, however, corporations are responsible for controlling access to individual hospitality areas. To encourage you to have a designated person in charge of your hospitality area at all times, a Hospitality Worker Pass has been included with your hospitality package. This pass functions the same way as other passes and is intended for the person who will be managing the Suite. For additional security, please contact Jay Fraioli at Speedway cannot be held responsible for any misplaced property left unattended in the Suite. DÉCOR: Licensee may not alter the existing décor or furnishings of the Hospitality Facility without prior written approval by Licensor. Licensee must seek written approval from Licensor to display decorations, including but not limited to signs, banners, posters, or pictures in the Hospitality Facility. Licensee must submit a written request for approval to Licensor not less than thirty (30) days prior to event Hospitality Facility usage. Licensor shall reply to Licensee in writing not more than ten (10) days following the receipt of the request, and shall not unreasonably withhold approval. 12

13 PARKING INFORMATION SKYBOX PARKING: Your Suite package includes a specific number of car parking passes for the Green Parking Lot. Guests who do not receive parking passes may park free of charge in any of the facility s General Parking areas. Parking instructions will be included with your parking pass. 14 PARKING INFORMATION GENERAL PARKING: General parking is free to all guests. A map showing access routes to parking areas closest is included in the Maps section of this Guide. INFIELD PARKING: Infield parking will be available for a fee of $ Guests may purchase an infield parking pass prior to the event or at the ticket box office across from Gate 3 on event day. Guests who have purchased infield parking will enter the speedway through Gate 18. BUS PARKING: Because of the traffic associated with this event, you may prefer to bring your guests on a shuttle or bus. All buses will be directed to drop off guests at Gate 4 then will be directed to the Bus Parking Lot. After the event, the bus may stage outside of Gate 4 to pick up guests. A list of transportation companies is included in the Local Guide section of this guide. See the Hospitality Form to request the Bus Parking Passes. 15 CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS A valid 2011 Certificate of Insurance is required for all Hospitality partners. Please see the requirements below. INSURANCE: Throughout the term of the Agreement, Licensee shall secure and maintain a comprehensive general liability insurance policy (including coverage for bodily injury and property damage) with a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) and including as additional insureds: - Speedway, LLC., its parent, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, parent companies, related or affiliated companies, subsidiaries, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns, and City of (collectively, the Indemnified Parties ). Such policy shall provide that Licensor will receive at least ten (10) days prior written notice of any termination or modification of such policy. Licensee shall provide Licensor a Certificate of Insurance evidencing such coverage no later than thirty (30) days prior to the first event contemplated by this Agreement.
