Large impact because the occurrence of the secondary disaster of hazardous chemical substances leakage. The Government of Cilegon undertakes coordination with the governments of Banten Province and national Government mobilizes personnel to quick assessment. Coordination between BNPB and AHA Centre about offer and acceptance of assistance including military assistance, deployment of ASEAN-ERAT, establishment of JOCCA and RDC, etc. 4. Coordination for resources mobilisation (National Response Coordination Center, National Assisting Post, AHA Centre In-Country Liaison Team, USAR, EMT, JOCCA, etc) 5.
