7 Off-line Information (1) TV Production Handbook Provides key information on IGBS broadcast operations and unilateral services Has been distributed at the IBC and is available for download electronically from the HB website

12 Event Time Information (3) Information at the Venues IGBS Broadcast Liaison and Information Managers (BLIMs) are the main contact point for RHBs at the venues BLIMs serve as a relay for the distribution of venue broadcast- and booking-related information They coordinate the management of unilateral activities and facilities at the venues
