44 Resurfacing Program Statutory Requirement Ensure 80% of pavement on the State Highway System meets department standards. Internal Objective Ensure 90% of interstates and the turnpike meet department standards. Resurface enough lane miles annually to maintain these two requirements.
45 Resurfacing Program Florida s Analysis System for Targets (FAST) Application which predicts future pavement conditions. Considers resurfacing work as well as other construction work programmed. The data is analyzed regularly and updates are made to the resurfacing program annually. The state highway system has been performing well and above the minimum requirements.
