13 The Port of Houston Authority Police Department is a TCOLE Contractual Training Provider. Most classes will be taught at the Port of Houston Authority - PCC Police Training Center located at 111 East Loop North, Houston, Texas The Port of Houston Authority Police Department has a set of rules for the Police Training Center dealing with Class Attendance, Rank Designation, Weapons, Dress, Academics, Conduct, Cell Phones/Pagers, Tobacco Use, Alcoholic Beverages, Newspaper/Other Reading Material, Profanity, Orderliness, Administrative Areas, Complaints, Illness, Messages, Photographic/Recording Equipment, Penalty.
