5 ASA Hall of Fame Complex The ASA Hall of Fame Complex located at 2801 NE 50 th Street in Oklahoma City is widely regarded as the finest softball facility in the nation. With four fields and other world class amenities, the Complex has played host to the best softball competition in the world, including USA teams that represent the nation in international competitions. Annually, ASA Hall of Fame Complex plays host to a wide variety of softball events, including the nation's No. 1 collegiate contest, the NCAA Women's College World Series (WCWS), which annually draws more than 70,000 spectators from around the nation and had record setting crowds in ASA Hall of Fame Complex has hosted the event over a dozen times and is scheduled as the home of the WCWS through

7 Team Transportation Team transportation will be provided to the teams to and from the from the host hotel properties to the ASA Hall of Fame Complex August 7 15, 2015 for the outlined services. Additional transportation can be arranged for a fee yet to be determined. Once that is figured out it will be communicated with the teams. Teams will be met at the airport and transported to their accommodations. Arrival time must be provided Teams will be transported to and from the ASA Hall of Fame Complex based on the game schedule to arrive two hours prior to first pitch. There will also be additional shuttles throughout the day to the Complex for teams who are not playing. The Organizing committee will supply schedules in advance of arrival to the teams and will work with teams to ensure their needs are met. Technical Meeting The Technical Meeting will take place on Saturday August 8, 2014 at 4:00 PM at the ASA Field House. At least one delegate and not more than three delegates from each team must attend the technical meeting and bring your final roster, passports, and bats for bat testing. This is to confirm the various rules and regulations that apply to this International Softball Federation championship. UMPIRES & OFFICIALS Transportation Transportation will be provided to and from the airport if arranged with the committee in advance. The host committee will provide transportation to and from the championship by van or car. All Services are available to accredited umpires and officials; guests are not included and will be the responsibility of the individual. Accommodations and Meals The umpires and technical officials will be accommodated at the Wyndham Garden Hotel. The accommodations will be based on double occupancy. Any other requirements are the responsibility of the individual. The umpires and technical officials will have breakfast provided at the hotel. Other meals will be provided and available at the ASA Hall of Fame Complex on a schedule. Any additional meals will be the responsibility of the individual. ISF Officers and VIP s ISF Officers, VIP s and guest will be accommodated at the Wyndham Garden Hotel from August ISF Officers will have breakfast provided at the hotel. Other meals will be provided and available at the ASA Hall of Fame Complex on a schedule. Any additional meals will be the responsibility of the individual. 8 Media Media Field Facilities The Field s will have media facilities. For additional information, please contact2015jwwc@softball.org before the tournament starts. Media Accreditation Employees of daily papers, specialist journals, magazines, and television programs need to approach apply for credentials with the ISF before the August 7 th if they want to have tournament access cards. Medical Trainers will be on site two hours prior to game time and for all practices. The training room is located down the left field line of OGE Energy Field. The training room is fully equipped with all modalities, heat and ice. Hospital There are several hospitals within ten minutes of the ASA Hall of Fame Complex. The responsibility for all hospital expenses will be that of the individual patient. The World Championship organizing committee will not be responsible for any hospital cost. Smoking Smoking is NOT allowed within the ASA Hall of Fame Complex or any of it building. Opening and Closing Ceremonies The opening ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. on August 9, 2015 at the ASA Hall of Fame Complex. The Closing Ceremony and awards presentation will take place on August 15, 2015 at the conclusion of the final game. The final game will start at TBA. For the winning country and those teams that finish second and third, the World Championship Host Committee will present medals approved by the ISF-Officials. Ticket Sales and Merchandise An entry fee to all games will be charged to everyone over the age of 2. Teams will be notified in advance when tickets will be on sale and will have an opportunity to purchase for friends and family. Merchandise will be sold onsite and online during the event that will represent the event and the countries that participate. Should teams be interested in purchasing items in advance they should contact Mark Loehrs, 2015JWWC@softball.org Championship Format The Championship format will be determined once a final number of entries have been determined. Laundry Services Laundry Services details are still being worked out and will be communicated at a later date. 8

9 Food Services Food is available for order from the ASA Hall of Fame Concession stand.
